Being here again is a reason for great joy. We have all repeated this constantly, and for many it can seem boring, even repetitive. But the joy and satisfaction that each one of us feels being here, transmitting a teaching, contributing our energy, is so great that it surpasses any feeling you may have in relation to repetition. 

Don't stop protecting yourself, always keep your balance. Observe what surrounds you, what energy comes to you, how often, what kind of energy comes to you. Do you live in harmony or are you constantly in need of imbalance? Are you healthy or are you constantly sick? Do you have joy in your heart or do you constantly live in sadness and boredom?

Observe how you have been behaving lately. The answers to these questions are important, because from them you can become aware of what is happening around you. Many of you tell us that you have the feeling, that you need to be without feelings, as if you were robots. That is not what we want, we do not want you to become cold, calculating and without feelings. What we want is for you to know how to transmute all these feelings that come to you. Many times you can think that Everything is acting contrary to you. Those around you seem to take pleasure in provoking you, irritating you, annoying you.
