November’s Theme: Our goal this month lies in directing our thoughts. Positive opens and draws, Negative closes and blocks. Stay focused on what you want and not on what you fear. Pay attention to repetitive thoughts and ideas as they will keep you moving forward on your path.

Today’s Message:

1114: Our message today combines the power of positive thought with self care.

The Universe knows that it’s hard to be positive all the time, and this is normal. We all slip occasionally and it’s okay! The thing about negative thought patterns is that by holding on to them it can cause self harm through lack of self care. The Universe is telling us that our self care is important because if we are unable to help ourselves first we won’t be able to help those who need us. Did you know that you can turn a negative statement into a positive one by eliminating the words “IF”= That’s never going to happen and “BUT”= I lack faith and self confidence, from your positive thought vocabulary? try replacing IF with WHEN and BUT with HOWEVER and it will give your statement a positive push. If you are having trouble with being or staying positive take the time to ground-center-clear and remember to breathe. Ask the universe to help you and let yourself be open to the assistance that is waiting for you

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

• Archangel Chamuel helps us in creating and maintaining strong and loving relationships. While this includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature, it helps our relationships with others as well. Ask him to help you create an atmosphere of peace, love, and togetherness. His goal is to help us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution.

He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to stop fighting the things that we have no control over, which blocks our problem solving and creative flow.  Things flow easier when we are not struggling against the “what if’s and maybes.

• The Egyptian goddess Bastet (Bast) is not only associated with cats both large and small she is also a goddess of protection and of things that bring pleasure to the senses. She asks you today “What are you passionate about and how are you using that energy? be like a cat today and use your energy wisely. By expending too much you are not honoring your commitment to your own self care.”
