The Science of Focused Dissatisfaction

We often spend much time focused on our dissatisfactions than we do on appreciating the current moment.
The simple science is that we use the laser of our minds to direct the ideal amount of power/ amplitude in supporting our dissatisfactions.
This causes us to become drained and often having even less “energy” to support required change. We can however harness the power of appreciation, using the feeling as a template for the brain to pattern.
In Vipassana Meditation the emphasis is on “seeing things as they are and not as you would like them to be”.
This may seem like a contradiction but the fact is that often not seeing things as they are requires a tremendous about of judgment and dissatisfaction which serves to deliver more feelings of dissatisfaction.
We spend much time craving all that we believe that we do not have. This affects the entire body system as our bodies respond by continuously regenerating itself from the same blueprint of limiting data.
To see things as they are from the standpoint of simply observing; it reduces our projection of wild instructions into the field and repeatedly recreating our addition to our limitations.
So see the bigger picture. See life as a science where you are a willing participant, being both the scientist and the subject.
You are the great experiment who is ultimately source! It’s why you are here! Be more fearlessly!

ME: This morning on waking I saw the direction of my mind in that moment and I was quickly reminded of all that I have said here/above. I began to see my inner complaints and the energy it required. I had to step back and simply appreciate the moment, just being present to my appreciation of that very moment. It definitely changed the direction of my mind towards the unfolding day!
