You spend far too much energy and focus on understanding the past as it may relate to the future.  You try and relive the perceived good moments of the past, for your happiness today; thinking it will create a better tomorrow. Stop that! 

There is only now.  All past and future events do not exist.  They are only created when you think of them. When you do not think of them they vanish and are no longer real. Once you truly come to accept this as reality, your energy pattern will shift to a higher octave and tune into a new frequency of oneness. That older fake reality will not be made manifest any longer.

You will then be able to create and tune in into a new set of holographic energy patterns and make them available in your reality immediately. 

Memories can and will define you. You are caught in a mind/memory trap.  Running into the same trees over and over and over on the same path. What you hold in your mind as memories, should not be carried around, ever.  Remember that your mind is not your heart. Your mind can mimic your heart, as it has been trained to do over the years.

There has been a great deal of attention on fake news which has proven to have the ability to change perceived realities. Fake news can be created and manipulated easily. The intent is to prey on your implanted emotions. You will act and react in certain manners to the stimuli received. 

Many of these fake memories/emotions were implanted years ago.  Most, but not all, are very painful to remove, if at all possible. If they are not removed then one learns to live with the pain.  But it is still there and now it defines you. We call them 'arrows of deceptions'. 

It is now time for you become aware of fake memories and fake realities!

If it doesn't make you happy then why do you even want to recreate them?  When you do, you feel guilt and sadness.  
You rationalize that their is a lesson in the past to justify thinking about it.  But all it does is deceive you.  By thinking of them you just repeated and recreated them. Stop this!
