As they often did Snowy Owl and Shooting Star had gone to visit the Shaman’s Cave the day before the actual Full Moon moment to receive his guidance. He always told them what to expect at each Lunation so they would be prepared to really hear Sister Moon’s message and embrace it. This time he told them they must go to the Star Temple in the night time so they could see Sister Moon in her full face as when she was opposite Grandfather Sun exactly she would have already slipped below the western horizon. He told them seeing Sister Moon was important for this would be the last time for many Moons to come when she was closer to Earth than usual. She would appear much larger and radiant and her message would be significant.

As Snowy Owl and Shooting Star climbed the path to the Star Temple the western horizon was pink, orange, and red as Grandfather Sun was setting. Within a short while, when darkness had descended, they looked to the east and saw Sister Moon rising as a huge golden orb. She seemed so close they could touch her. The sisters watched as Luna rose higher into the dark sky becoming her usual silver. Luna did not speak she just sailed the Cosmic Sea shinning her luminescent light on Earth casting blue shadows. Snowy Owl and Shooting Star felt comfort as the Moonlight illuminated the Star Temple. They sat in the silence for what seemed a very long time before Sister Moon spoke.

Then they heard her gentle but firm voice. Sister Moon said ‘‘This Full Moon is about valuing, trusting, and believing in yourself. It is also about healing and releasing any issues that prevent you from feeling empowered in your life. The wanderer who guides me and you is Morning Star Venus. She is reminding you when you heal yourself you are teachers for others. Now look to the east and you will see her rising with two companions. They are Jupiter, who supports your spiritual growth and expansion, and Mars, who gives you the courage to follow your Soul Path.”

Sister Moon continued “The lights from these three Wanderers are forming a triangle in the dawn sky. It is Pyramid Power of Manifestation. Together they are sending you the blessings from the Goddess tradition of spiritual knowledge and wisdom. In the far away time this wisdom has been forgotten. It is time for it to be the guiding force for all two leggeds. It is the power of intuitive knowing and compassionate love. Opposite the three Wanderers is one you cannot see but he is there in the North West. He is called Chiron, the Wounded Healer. He carries the wound of the collective unconscious, the world wound. Venus, Jupiter, and Mars are the Rainbow Bridge of Healing into Wholeness. Chiron is the Wholeness once the mind, body, and spirit are healed.”

Sister Moon finally said “This Full Moon is for healing the lost parts of self and becoming Whole so you can give your spiritual gifts to help awaken human kind to the understanding that All Is One in the eyes of Creator and Great Mystery. Go now Snowy Owl and Shooting Star and share this message. Love Heals All.” The sisters felt this message echo in their hearts long after Sister Moon had disappeared below the western horizon. As Grandfather Sun rose in the east to begin the new day the young women had already stepped onto the Rainbow Bridge.

We have been talking about the Rainbow Bridge of Healing into Wholeness for the last few months. It is particularly prominent at this Full Moon with Jupiter at 15 degrees Virgo, Venus at 17 degrees Virgo, and Mars at 20 degrees Virgo forming that triangle in the pre-dawn sky. Venus is the traditional ruler of Taurus so she plays an important role at this Full Moon. Venus teaches us to love and value ourselves. In Virgo she reminds us when we do we are able to give our spiritual gifts of healing to be of service to the world. Jupiter supports us to grow and expand and Mars gives us the courage to follow our spiritual destiny. The Soul Centered ruler for Moon in Taurus is Vulcan at 05 degrees Scorpio travelling with the Sun at 03 degrees Scorpio. Vulcan is a symbol for our hidden wounds. In Scorpio he offers us the support to heal, free ourselves from those wounds, and experience transformation and renewal.

As our story told us ‘‘This Full Moon is about valuing, trusting, and believing in yourself. It is also about healing and releasing any issues that prevent you from feeling empowered in your life.” The ruler of the Sun in Scorpio is Pluto at 13 degrees Capricorn. The Transformer is supporting us all to heal the collective wound and transform society into harmony and peace. He has been trying to do that since he first entered Capricorn in January of 2008. We as a collective are just not getting it. But first we have to heal and transform ourselves so we can be the “change we want to see in the world”. The Soul Centered ruler for the Sun in Scorpio is Mars at 20 degrees Virgo. He is part of the Pyramid energy with Venus and Jupiter, the Rainbow Bridge of Healing. Pluto is trine (ease and flow) those three and sextile (easy opportunity) Chiron, the healer, at 17 degrees Pisces. So we really have the power to heal, first ourselves and then the world.

Pluto is also part of a T SQUARE (breaking out of the box) with the Asteroid Juno at 15 degrees Libra (relationship harmony) and Mercury at 20 degrees Libra (harmonious thoughts). They are opposite Uranus Rx at 17 degrees Aries (breaking through to the Authentic Self). Pluto is square them both and squares are motivations for change. As we mentioned the T SQUARE is breaking out of the box and Pluto (transformation and rebirth) is the focal point of this configuration. So no excuses. We have the support from the Universe to heal and set ourselves free.

The Animal Totems that guide us at this Taurus/Scorpio Full Moon are Snake (healing by shedding the old and transmuting into the new) for the Sun in Scorpio and Beaver (clearing out the old to build the new) for the Moon in Taurus. They really do work will together, Snake on the spiritual plane, and Beaver, on the physical/emotional plane. Call on these allies to assist you as you do your releasing.

The Clan Mother for the Sun in Scorpio is Walks Tall Woman. She is the guardian of walking the truth, inner knowing and integrity, and the proper use of will. She is the keeper of new pathways and our relationship to Great Mystery. For the Moon in Taurus Listening Woman is the Clan Mother who guides us. She is the guardian of the sacred point of view of all our relations and the Earth Mother’s kingdoms. She is the keeper of the Stillness, seeking an answer, and hearing the truth. She teaches us to listen to the messages from Great Mystery. For more of their stories read the 13 Original Clan Mothers and/or Earth Medicine both by Jamie Sams.

The Sun in Scorpio activates the Tarot Constellation of the Emperor; Life Force and the Realization of Power. Scorpio is the 13th gateway in the Tarot journey, releasing the old to make space for the new. The Death card is feared by many but it is a symbol of transformation and resurrection. The Moon in Taurus is active on the Tarot Constellation of the Hierophant; Learning and Teaching. It is also about dancing to the tune of a different drummer and listening to your own guidance. The Hierophant is the 5th gateway in the Tarot journey. It is the doorway to becoming a Wisdom Keeper and Teacher.  For more insights on the Tarot Constellations, the link between Astrology and the Tarot, Mary K. Greer has a new book called “Who Are You in The Tarot?” Her insights are invaluable.

Scorpio and Taurus are both 4th Ray signs. That is the Ray of Harmony Through Conflict. The two-leggeds are very fond of conflict. But this is also the Ray of Beauty and the Full Moon in Taurus is blessing us with her radiant light. The Archangels that guide us through the 4th Ray are Gabriel, transformation and resurrection, and Hope, higher awareness and harmony. As always you can see how all is in Divine Alignment.

This is the last Super Full Moon for 2015. The others were the Pisces Full Moon of Aug 29 (completion) and the Aries Full Moon Eclipse of Sept 27 (new beginnings). Let the blessings of this Taurus Super Full Moon restore your belief in self so you can “be the change you want to see in the World” (Ghandi). I leave you with the Sabian Symbol for this Taurus Super Moon “THE POT OF GOLD AT THE END OF THE RAINBOW”. You are the gold!!!
