"Greetings, Beloved Ones.

We are most joyous to connect with you here, today, and we send you our utmost Love from the heart of Telos.

As you are on your ascension journey, the Light within you increases.

Light is the powerful engine that ignites Love within you.

Light also holds powerful codes to assist you further in upgrading your DNA for Ascension. 

Every thought you think and the feeling that comes with it, holds either more Light or less Light. 

Negative thoughts and feelings do not hold any Light.

Being aware of your thoughts and feelings is an important step to direct more Light into your experience.

If you notice that your thoughts don't feel like Harmony, than you can choose to place your hand on your heart center and say either in your mind or out loud:

"I AM the Presence of Divine Harmony Now!"

This allows you to return back into Harmony, which prompts more Light filled thoughts.

What can prompt your thoughts?

Whatever you observe through your interactions with people or what you are watching on your screens (TV, Internet, Phones...) are thoughts that can grab a hold of your mind.

This is great for positive, harmonious things, but it also works the other way. 

One negative observation can take hold in your thoughts and you might catch yourself later still contemplating what you have observed.

This will bring in other thoughts that are of a similar nature and before you know it will take on a life on its own. 

This process decreases your Light.

The good news is that you can use this Cosmic Law to your advantage and intentionally fill your mindspace only with positive harmonious observations.

The more you are filling your mindspace with these Light filled observations (thoughts and feelings), the less there is room for negative thoughts and feelings. 

Let Light filled thoughts and feelings be the driving engine and bring in more and more positive harmonious thoughts that will increase your Light.

We invite you to try this for just seven days. 

If you feel inspired by this, you might even go for much longer that that, as it will improve your wellbeing, your reality and assists in your Ascension.
