Thoughts contain a magnetic frequency. It is the level of your thoughts that determines what you attract and what you affect as well.

You have the ability to move towards higher thoughts and therefore higher frequencies. In doing so, you modify and connect to the higher forces in this Universe and that changes your alignment. The mind is a powerful tool and can be used to create an affinity with the higher dimensions, which attracts more light and harmony to your being and your life.

It is when your thoughts remain in a low vibration for long periods, such as fear or pain, which will attract the same vibrational correspondence, making it much more difficult for you to go higher as you connect to lower vibration situations.

Although thoughts create their reality, an important aspect to remember is that there is a veil between their thoughts and them that manifest themselves in the physical domain. That's why focusing on achieving a certain level of self-love and mental mastery is part of the process. You may have wondered why sometimes your thoughts were not able to create what you desire.

You can try to imagine your body in a certain way and wonder why nothing has changed. However, if your underlying thoughts and feelings about your body are not loving, there is still a barrier and you also would not like all these non-loving thoughts about your body to manifest themselves instantly. This veil between thoughts and creation serves you as you rise in self-love to master this process.
