Happy Solstice!

The human energy system is quite remarkable because people can change their state by simply changing their mind and shifting their energy/feeling state into a higher vibration.

For example, this morning I woke up feeling a little downhearted, dragging my proverbial ball and chain heavy heart behind me when I suddenly got the idea to fake being happy. So, I put a huge grin on my face even though I wasn’t feeling happy, I faked being happy…and what happened next really surprised me. I suddenly became happy for real! Next thing I knew I was laughing!! Then I realized that what we wish to manifest/produce/create we must first fake or imagine/form/feel into our reality from its energetic state into its physical state.

So, from feeling low and heavy I changed my vibration into feeling high and light! How easy it is to change our life experience in this moment!!

Humans really do have so much potential! And of course, when we are smiling, laughing and being joyful, our energy field is open to receive all of the abundant blessings life has to offer.

Happy Solstice Beloveds. … today is the first day of the rest of your life! En-Joy it, even if you have to fake it first to make it real!
