While Venus, the Goddess of Love, visits Leo she is looking for romance and adventure with a little drama thrown in. She loves attention and even adoration. In other words she can be a Diva here. But she is also generous and caring towards those she loves. Leo is of course the Lion and Venus here becomes the protective Lioness. She will stand in harm’s way to defend her brood against danger. But on a Soul level she has much to teach us in the next 3+ weeks about being in the Compassionate Heart and radiating Loving Kindness toward all.

Venus symbolizes our creative expression. Leo is Creation Energy. Her visit here supports us to explore our creativity and give it form. That can be through the creative arts or communicating new and expressive ideas. While she is in Leo the Tarot Constellation of Strength is active. The theme is courage of your convictions, discovering your inner strength, and the courage to be yourself. The shadow side of this Constellation is lack of self-esteem. Venus and Mars are the relationships planets so when one of them changes signs I like to look at where they are in their current cycle.
