We are most joyous to connect with you here today, and we send you our utmost love from the heart of Telos!

The energy shifts for planet Earth continue this week...

As our beloved brother Archangel Michael shared with you last week, these energies are necessary to shake loose and release old patterns and energy forms that do not serve you anymore. 

Now is the time for integration of the new energies into your physical vehicle. Be gentle with yourself and if you can, take a break and rest. When this process is completed, you will feel more grounded, with more clarity and ease for the upcoming weeks. 

This is a very strong year in regards to bringing new projects into fruition. The energetic upgrades you are receiving right now are paving the way for you, to truly step into your purpose and share your light. 

Know in your heart that everything is unfolding perfectly for you and that things always work out for you.

The Source within you keeps streaming it's Divine and Loving energies through you. All it takes is to open your heart to them, bring your awareness to them and look for the positive indicators in your reality. 

Here is an exercise that you can practice to open yourself to the Source within you:

In the morning take out your journal and begin to write down:

"Thank you that I have let go and let Source appear as my constant, eternal, overflowing and all-providing Source, Substance and Supply of Love, Joy, Wellbeing..." (list anything that you feel wants to be expressed through your heart center)

Then, begin to write down the people, surroundings, animals, things and situations you appreciate about your life. 

Begin to feel the words you are writing down.

When you feel complete, go about your day and watch a new reality to unfold for you.
