Dearest Ones we are here to tell you that you are in the final stages of your fight/change from darkness into LIGHT. It is as if the darker elements are finally being cornered and are not giving up the fight until every single soul is in the LIGHT and you can all enter that HEAVEN on EARTH together.

Their last stronghold so to speak is in their control of the NEWS (North, East, West and South) and even that control is now crumbling. They are even trying to infiltrate the Truthers on Social Media and trying to Control the Lightworkers by Dividing you. However even that is not working now as most of you have seen through their games.

As they have tried to invade the LIGHT, they have been swallowed into the LIGHT them selves, so to speak, and the Dark is changing into LIGHT. !!!. HAVE NO FEAR whatsoever for as LIGHTWORKERS, YOU are far more powerful than any dark entity. Laugh at their ANTICS for that is just what they are Dear Ones .RE MEMBER that even the Dark Ones are playing a game.

RESTRICT YOUR WATCHING OF TELEVISION.

(They are Telling you a Vision of a darker world)

STOP watching PROGRAMMES. (You are being Programmed)

RESTRICT SOCIAL MEDIA.

The darker elements are trying to fill your minds with Nonsense (NO SENSE) on social media. It is not Social. Yes, it is Talk but not very social as you are not actually SPEAKING to each other in person. Words on Social media can sometimes be interpreted negatively.

TALK to others in person, meet up with them and look into their eyes. You will just KNOW who they really are. If they are in need of healing, you will be able to heal them with a touch, a smile, a look or just a kindly word. The darker element knows this and that is why they are trying to keep you inside watching their programming on television or social media.

LISTEN NOT TO OTHERS UNLESS THEY SPEAK POSITIVE WORDS

BE YOUR OWN GURU.

WATCH WHAT YOU SAY TO YOURSELF

WORDS ARE POWERFUL AND HAVE A MEANING.

Always follow the words I AM with a positive intention such as

I AM WORTHY.

I AM LOVED.

I AM ABUNDANT IN ALL WAYS.

MY BODY IS WHOLE AND HEALTHY.

Your subconscious is also like your own inner child. Talk to him/her as if she were in the room with you. Make friends with your inner child, LISTEN and TALK to him/ her. BE KIND, do not scold him/her as you sometimes would do to yourself.

Also LISTEN and TALK to your own body now. When illnesses occur, there is always a reason. Your body is trying to get you to change. Every illness can be healed but you have to LISTEN to your body to understand what it is saying to you, to HEAL it and you have to BELIEVE in your own POWER to heal. Others can help but YOU are your own best healer.

BE GRATEFUL for something even if it is a small thing. We do understand that after the last few years of darkness many of you may still be in a state of sadness and depression, but we would advise you to take each day as it comes and keep asking for help and KNOW that help is always at hand. SIT in the SILENCE and JUST BE. LOOK to the SKY for as you look upwards you straighten your spine, and the energy can flow more easily to your brain.

When these times of overwhelm come over you reach out and ASK for help and it will be forthcoming. You are all clearing the last vestiges of darkness in your souls for you to be able to enter the NEW WORLD and it starts with YOU.

GO OUT INTO NATURE and LISTEN to WHAT GAIA is saying to you. WATCH the FLORA and FAUNA. There are great messages there for you. Those who live in Nature and do not listen to the Media can be happy within their own selves. They will have no idea what may be happening in the outside world and will be totally oblivious of the doom and gloom that is being perpetuated by the media.

YOU are a part of GOD and experiencing everything yourself, so that you will be able to help others when they go through their own Ascension, for that is what you are all doing. YOU are Ascending into the 5th Dimension on Earth and to Ascend you must clear away any last vestiges of darkness in your soul.

YOU are your own greatest healer, and the greatest healers are those who can be empathic having been through their own times of Trauma, Depression and Grief.

DEAR ONES IT IS TIME NOW TO HEAL YOURSELF.

TAKE THE TIME TO GO WITHIN AND PROGRAMME YOURSELVES.

ACCENTUATE THE POSITIVE AND ELIMINATE THE NEGATIVE.

BE AT ONE WITH YOURSELVES.

De-Programme the Negative and PROGRAMME THE POSITIVE.
