Instead of criticizing your spouse, say "God/Source gave me someone to love!" and find all the things you can praise about your beloved one.

The more you are increasing your positive energies about this now moment, the easier your desired reality can come in. 

When you raise your happy energies and decrease your resistant, unhappy energies, you are becoming a vibrational match with your happy future.

Begin your day, finding things to appreciate, no matter how small...

Increasing a blessed feeling will lead to more blessings.
