We are all too familiar with the saying, “The hurried-er I go, the behind-er I get.” Sometimes it’s wise to slow down, or stop completely when we find ourselves having to deal with too much on our plate.
Not so easy, since we live in a world in which we are taught to micro-manage our lives. To think things through, analyze our problems, make pros and cons lists.
A world in which the mind is the master, not the Heart and Soul. In fact, the soul isn’t believed in, much less trusted to manage our lives.
Even those of us on the forefront of the New Consciousness, who have awakened to our true self, our I AM, our full consciousness, find ourselves trying to figure out our own enlightenment. Many of us have let go of a tremendous amount of old energy, of our karmic ties, of lifetimes of shame and guilt, but somehow we are still faced with some form of struggle.
Whether it’s physical, emotional or mental. So we feel we somehow missed the boat. That we have done something wrong, otherwise our lives would be flowing by now.
I have written recently about Heaven’s Cross, the opening of the veil between human and Divine. An unprecedented time in which there is more ease in accessing our Soul than ever before. And, that means more of our light is present in us and on the planet.
And what happens when there is more light? Things are disrupted. The light has a way of upsetting the dark. And by dark I mean old, stuck energies. So things appear to be more in chaos than ever. We can see it in the world around us, as more polarization than ever, and just more crazy behavior.
What does this all mean for us? It means more than ever it’s imperative to just trust our Soul. To not push anything. To be ok with feeling all of the feelings coming up. Whatever those may be.
In my own life I have been feeling huge frustration and anger. And a part of me feels ashamed of that. Like I should be more in balance by now, less triggered. And add to that all the physical sensitivities that the light body activates and it creates lots of discomfort.
Some days it feels like I’m at the edge.
So I have to remind myself that it’s all part of this amazing and groundbreaking process. That the seeming chaos isn’t chaos at all, but a reorganizing of me, and of this time-space reality. Our light is affecting not only our physical biology, and the Planet, but the entire universe. There is so much happening on so many levels. Internally and externally.
Everyone on the Planet is being affected by our light, but they are not sure what to do with it. They feel it, and interpret it as something is wrong. It brings up all their old, stuck energies. But they don’t have a clue that it’s part of the awakening process. Many are not ready for their own awakening, and that’s appropriate.
And some are ready. Those who are will begin finding their way to us, and to places they can relate to in terms of their symptoms. Maybe it will be a book, or websites.
So now more than ever, it’s essential to remind ourselves that our Soul is more than capable of managing our lives. It has awakened in this lifetime, and essentially it’s completed what it came here to do. It’s guiding us to relax and trust it. But if we as the human insist on trying and pushing and forcing things, even with our own transformation process, it will slow things down and make life harder for us.
It’s All Just An Experience
It’s really frustrating to the human that our soul sees everything in our life, whether it feels good or bad, as just an experience. It doesn’t judge it as good or bad, right or wrong. Or as a punishment from some elusive god.
But our Human self isn’t quite comfortable with that yet. It still wants to assign a value to the experiences: Good, bad, right, or wrong, and that means there is a perpetrator and a victim. Even if we are a victim to our own self or our conditioning.
Further, it means that if we are the perpetrator, if we hurt someone else, we feel the guilt and shame. Something we all felt when we left home back in the other realms for the first time. And the guilt was the byproduct of forgetting who we Are in order to dive deep into this reality undistracted.
So if our lives aren’t picture perfect, or running more smoothly, if we think we made mistakes, we tend to feel guilty, like we are doing something wrong. Like we made bad decisions.
I may seem to have gone into the weeds with this discussion, since I started out with the subject, stop trying to fix things. But it’s all tied in. If we try to fix the feelings of guilt and shame, it doesn’t work. It’s just not possible, at least from the human perspective.
But it is possible, in fact, ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE from the perspective of our Soul.
