I woke from a vivid dream yesterday morning. I know that I have had this dream many times, but I was never as conscious of it before now. I’ve written it down exactly as I experienced it, as I don’t think there is any need to explain it – you can draw your own conclusions. I will give you a couple of clues: although I experienced all of this as happening to me personally, I feel that in this case ‘I’ is the ONE – ALL – and that the ‘code’ is DNA. I will also tell you that I don’t like and never play computer games, so it’s quite ironic that I was living in one in my dream.

I’m in a multi-level labyrinth and all I have is a code. My code helps me to break out of the level I’m in. It’s like a key that opens doors. When I get to where I need to go to break through into the next level, it pushes me through into that level because it changes and transforms. There is no-one else but me. Although I am aware of ‘others’, they’re never real. They’re just holograms that affect my actions at times, but that cannot change me, or my mission. My mission is to break through into the Heart of the labyrinth. I feel driven to find the Heart.

Every time I break through into another level, things speed up, and yet my awareness seems to slow down. It’s as if my awareness is gradually separating from ‘reality’ – as if I’m watching myself from up high, and every time the physical part of me breaks through into the next level, I get a higher perspective of the ‘game’. As I move higher, I see a bigger, clearer picture of the labyrinth. I become more aware of the twists and turns, but the only way I can affect how I move through it, is through the physical part of me, because only my physical part has the code and can break through into the next part of the labyrinth/game. I – the higher awareness – am only able to help when my physical part asks.

As the physical part, I sometimes can’t find my way, and I have to take a break and go inside to connect with my higher awareness. I know that somewhere on the level I’m in, there is another part of me that has the right code to break out of that level, and the only way I can find her, is by ‘homing in’ on her from ‘up there’. Once I find her, I become her and I know how to break out of this level, because I have the right code. There is something about this code – it lights me up as it transforms and I break through into the next level. It also transforms me.

I have seen myself living this game time and again, but something was different this time. This time, as if in slow-motion, I saw myself run through what looked like a partition filled with water or clear gel-like substance, which was the separation from one level to another. My long hair streamed out behind me, still holding the old code, while the front of me was already transforming as I ran through into the next level. The length of my hair was chopped off as I reached the other side of the partition. It exploded, erasing everything behind me.

The new code had transformed me to suit the new level. I felt myself rise up again, and as I watched from above, I could see that I was getting close to the Heart of the labyrinth – there were only 3 rings left around the Heart to break through. I knew they would be harder than the levels I had lived through before, but each ring had more light and it became obvious that these would be the last and most important challenges of the game.

Up until now, I’d had no idea how long it would take me to get to the Heart. I had just been caught up in living the game, focused on coping with the next level, never knowing exactly where in the labyrinth I was. Now I knew that I wasn’t far from my goal, it spurred me on and I renewed my efforts to reach the Heart. I wasn’t at all upset that the route that I had taken to get there was obliterated – in fact, I felt happy that there was no way back. I wondered what it would be like to finally reach the brilliant Light of the Heart and how long it would take to get there. Then I woke up.
