Adama transmitted through Sue and Mary Carol

MARY CAROL: Beloved sisters, we welcome you this day in the Inner Earth city of Telos, I am Adama. It is good to hear your beautiful prayers, and I know that they are indeed heard and received with the utmost desire to fulfill your petitions. Know that we also receive your prayers and we cherish them and are always available to help in whatever ways we are able.

These are ways of experiencing closeness and being connected through your higher awareness and your higher ways of being awake and fully conscious. This is a state that allows you to easily connect with whomever you choose to connect with in the moment. It is especially easy of course to connect with your family, your blood family and then there are others with whom you have a strong and lovely soul connection.  So you know that this realm of communication is just as available to you, as your telephones and your computers, because the connection is your own personal way of communicating. It is actually more readily received and graciously accepted through the heart.

You are aware of sending messages to those whom you have not seen for a long time. This has the effect of introducing the person of your remembered existence and friendship with them. Your remembrances and good wishes that you send their way alert them to your presence in spirit. When you connect spirit to spirit, soul to soul, this is a very deep and effective manner to as you say, get in touch and to implant messages of many different flavors and content. You may be sending a simple blessing, but know that a simple blessing is still powerful and is felt by the other. In some way it is recognized, your thought forms that you are sending telepathically may be regarding forgiveness on ether yours or their part. The message may pertain to other wishes and may pertain to your desire to know how they are. Some may return the message and in some cases, you will have the ability to visually understand, in your inner sight to perceive their surroundings and to perceive their surroundings and what they may be engaged in at the moment. Have faith in this ability that you have of which we have been speaking. And know that as you embrace higher frequencies, and they, an awareness of perceiving what is with greater clarity and understanding, that you will grow in the ability to enjoy this gift. 

There is no harm here as long as you are in your heart and wishing all goodness for the others. If and when, they should commence to reply to your loving messages you will be so delighted to know that you could both send and receive telepathically with grace and ease. Nourish this gift for it is truly a form of prayer and is heard not only by the recipient but also by the higher realms and your Creator.

SUE: Many in your world are facing problems in their personal lives at this time. It is as you know, a time of clearing out the clutter and eliminating all that you cannot take with you on your journey into the higher levels and frequencies. There is no judgment here that you should put upon yourselves or others, it is simply a fact that everything has to be reinstated into its natural and perfect form. Old illusions of the past cannot and may not be taken forward into your new lives. So everything dear ones that no longer serves you in one form or another must be left behind. Before it can be disposed of it has to be acknowledged, loved and accepted and then dissolved. All of the dear ones in your lives that are facing so many seemingly insurmountable problems are simply cleaning out the clutter in their closets to be able to move on one way or another. 

Some will choose to move forward physically and some will not. There is no right or wrong here, beloved ones, please understand this. Every soul has chosen and is choosing constantly its path to ascension. Some may just not wish to face the physical challenges any longer that remaining in the body might bring. Some may choose to ascend through what you call the death process, but they too are just moving on as you will, to a higher level, a higher awareness and a happier life.

Bless all those you know who have moved on in this way recently. They had had enough of their earthly existence and were ready to make the transition to a better life. Rejoice for them and do not be sad, for you will be reunited and reinstated with your loved ones once again, in the not too distant future. We understand the loosing of a close friend or relative is always sad to the physical part of you that misses their physical presence and this is completely normal, and not to be overlooked. It is important to grieve fully for your loved ones who have moved on, you are not grieving for your loved ones but for yourself and the loss that you feel in your lives because they seem to be missing. We assure you dear ones that they are more present after their transition than they were before. When you wish to contact them, as we spoke of before, all you have to do is to reconnect at a heart level and speak your truth to one another and you will both receive the message loud and clear. It is high time for you all to trust your telepathic communications more. 

For those of you who choose to stay with the mother earth and help those around you to make this physical transition, it is a little more complex and perhaps a little more difficult, as you have no one to follow but your higher guidance. For you are the ones taking these initiatory steps to make this transition with your physical bodies into the higher frequencies of light. This is no small task and we commend you daily for the progress you are all making on so many levels. As your consciousness evolves, so does your physical body also change. You are literally experiencing a metamorphosis each day into a different being. No wonder you sometimes feel at a loss, or disorientated or in a void. The quicker you grow, the more difficult the shift sometimes appears but we encourage you to keep on keeping on. We are your cheer leaders standing at your side and assisting you as much as is allowed and possible. Remember, you always have to ask for assistance and then it may be given. The whole accompaniment of heaven stands by to assist each one of you in different areas of your lives, knowing the difficulties each one of you face at this time of enormous change and development.

Even those of you who understand what is going on are having your own personal difficulties now and again, so you may imagine how those of you who have no idea what is happening, how they may feel overwhelmed at times. As we help you, those who are aware and read our messages, you may in turn, beloved ones, help those around you and so our family of light grows on a daily basis. There is no end to the divine intervention and the assistance awaiting you all, if you will only reach out and open your hearts to receive.

Know that each one of you plays an intricate part in this puzzle in this play being acted out, do not hold yourself back, for if you do, there may be an important part of your particular role in the puzzle missing, which will hold the entire process back in its own evolutionary time line. There is no time, but to give you an idea of how important it is that you share and follow the guidance you are given, for you never know who you may help or meet or give a helping hand or a certain message to. You just never know. So be open and flexible in following the nudging of your spirit and you know what this feels like, when the days flow with ease and grace and magic unfolds before your very eyes.

MEDITATION:

We give you now a meditation to share with your loved ones on a physical or on a spiritual level. It will help them in times of need. Share this freely with many.

Take some deep breaths connecting to your higher self, at arm’s length above your head. Feel this connection and as the energy from your higher self begins to spiral down through your crown to your physical body, your head may begin to turn and spin in one direction or another. Allow this to happen allow your spirit to spiral down into the cells of your physical body opening up the pathways for the divine light and the blessings of love divine. Consciously open up your heart space and set the intention to receive the energy and the love from your higher being. Continue to breathe deeply bringing this energy all the way down, into every single cell of your physical body. Bringing it into your chest area, your arms, your hands, your rib cage your stomach area and pelvic area. Spiraling down, down, down to your base chakra and then on down through your legs and into the mother earth, to her very core. Feel the spiral move you around and around like a cork screw deep into the core of the earth. Allow this to continue as long as it takes and continue to breathe deeply bringing your higher self, the Presence of your higher self more and more into your physical awareness. Relax and enjoy this spiraling motion as you connect deeply to the mother and fill your being with the Presence. 

You will then begin to feel how the energy begins to spiral upwards from the earth, this happens automatically there is nothing you need to focus on or do. You can feel the spiral moving upwards, moving up through your legs and your feet first, into your pelvis moving its way through your physical bodies all the way up to your hearts and there allow the energy to settle. Taking more deep breaths, breathing in the Presence of the Divine Mother, connecting the masculine energy from the Father God with the feminine energy of the Mother God in your heart, allow the spiral to create its own path and eventually it will spiral up through your head to the top of your crown. Just allow the spiraling to continue as long as it chooses connecting heaven and earth, the masculine and the feminine in complete unity, oneness and harmony. There is nothing else for you to do but rest in this place and allow peace and harmony to be restored. You may find yourselves begin to spiral down again, just allow the spiraling to show you the way and see what evolves for each one of you individually in this process. You will be amazed at what transpires each time you take the time to breathe and be at peace, sandwiched between heaven and earth as a particle of the divine presence in physical form here now! 

We hope this meditation will help you all to find more peace, ease and grace and of course comfort for yourselves and those in need around you. We recommend you do this meditation sitting upright with your feet upon the ground, so as to firmly feel the connection with the earth and the heavens. When you lie down you tend to lose the orientation a bit and the effect may not be quite as powerful. We love you beloved ones and we hold you in our infinite embrace, love and compassion and look forward to connecting with you once again, in the near future.

MARY CAROL: Dear Ones as you see it is a powerful meditation for you to do at any time when you can sit and touch the ground. It is especially fine in the early morning when you go outside to connect with Mother Earth and nature. It is lovely to use in the evening and will serve you very well at any quiet time you can manage to create out of doors. The recipients of your messages will indeed be receiving this meditation with great joy, and they will know that it offers a store house of uplifting and higher energy frequencies that will be absorbed as they practice the meditation. They will be highly rewarded in their use of this beautiful gift.

It must be repeated, as close as possible, to how it has been given. Even so as the words are read and the energies in the words are absorbed it transfers many, many blessings even it is only read. Of course practicing and repeating this is of the utmost importance. Those of you who do not have easy access to touch the Earth with your feet may imagine as they sit in their own space or dwelling, that they are in an outdoor environment with their feet connecting to Mother Earth. 

We know that you receive this as a wondrous blessing to all those on the pathway to Ascension. It will lighten your load and create the way more filled with grace and ease, try it and you will see that each one of you is blessed. We say Aloha for now and we send our loving warm embraces, Adama.
