Guided Meditation to Connect with Your Higher Self
Category: Helpful Meditations

When you connect with your Higher Self, you connect with the Essence of your Being, the Truth of who you are. And when you are connected with your Truth, you can’t help but feel blissful, serene and filled with love and light.
Today’s guided meditation will take you on a wonderful journey where you connect with your Higher Self so that you can start living your life from a more blissful, joyful and authentic place.
Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 42 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready to press play. Once the meditation session is over, you can share your experience with all of us by commenting below.
Enjoy!
P.S. I did the meditation this morning and I have to tell you that it was such a blissful and amazing experience. It left me feeling incredibly peaceful, serene and centered. And I am sure it will have the same effect on you!
