310: Today the Universe is asking us to use our intuitive skills and look for the truth around us.

This includes our personal truth as well as the truth in the people and situations that surround us. Intuition like any talent gets better the more we use it. This helps us to make better decisions along our path and create and maintain better relationships. By allowing ourselves to feel and see from a more spiritual perspective we gain better communication and manifestation skills and strengthen our ability to let go of the things that are holding us back or draining our energy. Remember to take time for self-care through the ground, center clear process as it helps to fine tune our intuitive receptors. If you need help ask the masters and angels for guidance and they will guide you in the right direction.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

• Archangel Raguel sets us on the path to personal empowerment. He helps us to find our strength and promotes clarity when we feel conflicted about what to do next by providing a boost of energy and by bringing order to your thoughts. He empowers the underdog and also acts as a motivational coach when we feel down on ourselves and can help you to reach your full potential.

• The Himalayan Ascended Master Babaji helps us to achieve the personal and spiritual growth necessary for the letting go process. He assists us in detaching ourselves from both material things and things that no longer serve us. He teaches us that letting go is a form of simplifying your life. It frees your energy so that you can work on what’s important so that new blessings can be received.

• The Gnostic goddess Sige teaches us the importance of being still of mind. Information and guidance come more easily when we surrender to the silence. She says” Allow your mind to be still and let your inner wisdom guide you. The answers that you seek are before you if you have the courage to remove the veils and shed light in the shadows.

• Ametrine. This stone, a combination of amethyst and citrine, helps to release blocks like negative emotional programming. It also encourages growth while helping us to explore all possibilities and find the creative solutions that are needed to make the most of the information we are given.

• Danburite promotes changes, patience and peace of mind. Meditating with Danburite helps us access our inner guidance system.

• Purple Fluorite helps strengthen our intuitive powers as it helps dispel fixed ideas and thoughts and brings rational thinking forward so that new information is easily accepted. It is a protective stone that draws away negative energy and stress. It cleans and re-energizes the aura and promotes overall harmony and order.
