Cat’s Angel Message for June 1, 2023

June’s Theme: Learning to create and maintain balance in all areas of our lives. (material, spiritual, goals, dreams, self etc.) Create and invite good things through focus and faith while staying grounded and present.

Today’s Message:

61: Thoughts and feelings are powerful things. They can bring us great joy, peace or even inspiration.

They can also bring us anxiety and despair, along with everything in between. Sometimes it feels impossible to be optimistic all the time as some New Age “guru’s” say you should be. Negative thoughts happen (it’s part of our human nature) and when they do what’s most important is how you handle them. (Balance) If you hold on to them they breed more negativity and that’s not good for our mental well being. The key is in acknowledging these thoughts and looking for the underlying cause of them (be honest with yourself!). There is always a positive solution and the universe is here to help. By doing our best to turn negative’s over to our spiritual helpers we can gain valuable insight and new ideas. Essentially it frees up our “thought space”!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

• Archangel Raguel sets us on the path to personal empowerment. He helps us to find our strength and promotes clarity when we feel conflicted about what to do next by providing a boost of energy and by bringing order to your thoughts. He empowers the underdog and also acts as a motivational coach when we feel down on ourselves and can help you to reach your full potential.

• The Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha)  helps us to find peace and harmony through laughter, this gives us a clear perspective and keeps our energy flowing.  He tells us that laughter is sacred and when the heart is alive with joy we are connected to the Infinite and filled with Nirvana-essence. Center your mind with the intent of enjoying yourself and you will find yourself centered in the moment. Enjoy what life has to offer and enjoy the process!

• The Norse goddess Freya celebrates fertility, spring and new growth. She is also a goddess of fate and extends to us an invitation to use your personal magick to create. She says “Feel the pulse of earth beneath your feet and feel the sun upon your face. Draw upon them to enhance your power as you help the tides of fate to weave your destiny.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

• Ametrine. This stone, a combination of amethyst and citrine, helps to release blocks like negative emotional programming. It also encourages growth while helping us to explore all possibilities and find the creative solutions that are needed to make the most of the information we are given.

• Black Obsidian not only protects it also helps to bring negative energy to the surface where it can be dispelled and provides support during times of change. It takes the “things” that we’ve hidden and composts them into positive soil to support out new growth.

• Blue Quartz helps us to understand our spiritual nature and gives us a spiriual boost as it brings hope as it calms the mind and helps us to become more self-reliant. Together these things promote happiness and feelings of well being. It also cleanses the energy of our outer environment as it supports peaceful interactions with those around us.  Blue Quartz also promotes clarity and eases any fear we may experience as we continue to explore. It works with both the Throat and Third Eye Chakras and helps us to speak our truth and promotes being heard and positive communication.
