Worry not my dear, for this is a time of change for all.

Problems seem insurmountable, but there is a way around.

Breathe into your heart and you’ll know what to do.

You are being guided always; guided from within.

It may sound so simple, to go within. Almost too simple, so you’ve overlooked it in the past.

Take one moment, to do so now, to breathe and be one with your guiding force.

It is already clear, but it is up to you to see.

Do not say anymore, that you do not know. For that is the old and can be discarded now. A comfortable hiding place it may have been, but one you have outgrown my dear.

Forgo it now.

Bare yourself for all to see, for what is the point of hiding anymore?

There is nothing to be scared of. You are a colourful light unto the world and it is only you who fears it.

Shed my friend, and reveal all the shades. Take comfort there, this place anew.
