These Crystals Can Help Physically Heal Your Body

Using crystals as part of your meditation, or simply wearing them close to the body can help with the physical healing process alongside traditional medicine. You can use a crystal to focus the positive energies in your life, helping you to embrace your spirituality, giving you the belief and confidence that you will get better. If you need healing it is also important that the toxins and impurities in your body are dispelled and there are many types of crystal, such as obsidian that can help absorb these. This will help your body focus on the healing process, reducing the symptoms of the issues and alleviating pain.

Peridot for the immune system

Peridot, which is also the birthstone for August, is generally found in yellow-green or olive green. It is associated with the heart chakra and the solar plexus chakra. All crystals have different benefits, and Peridot is an excellent crystal to help rid the body of toxins and pollutants, both emotionally and physically. Primarily it is good for the immune system, so that you become less susceptible to viruses and other illnesses. It is also commonly used to help reduce the symptoms of gallstones, and with issues of the spleen and intestinal tract. Wearing peridot in a necklace will keep it close to the body. You can also use a crystal as part of your meditation routine

Jasper for digestive issues

Jasper, often called Blackstone, is a type of Chalcedony. It is a wonderful nurturing stone that can support your body through times of stress and anxiety. The stone is excellent for absorbing the negative energy in your life, balancing yin and yang. It can connect your higher vibrations, anchoring them to the earth, giving you a feeling of groundedness. If you have digestive issues, from IBS to stomach ulcers, black Jasper is a good crystal to help heal your body. Green Jasper is also very useful for reducing the feeling of bloating and combating indigestion. Placing the crystal directly on your abdomen can help focus the energy to the right place.

Amethyst for circulation

Beautiful amethyst is a member of the quartz family, it naturally occurs in volcanic rock. Because the purple and violet colors are never uniform, each amethyst crystal can have unique benefits to its owner. Amethyst is commonly used to help improve blood circulation, this can help the symptoms of conditions like Reynauds. Good circulation is also essential to reduce the risk of other serious health conditions, like heart disease. If you lay an Amethyst on your body the infrared heat that the crystal absorbs helps with microcirculation in specific areas, encouraging the blood to flow easily through the capillaries. The far-infrared radiation absorbed by the stone also increases the flow of lymph fluid, drawing toxins out of the body.

Crystals can be an effective aide alongside traditional medicine to help reduce painful symptoms and heal the body. You can wear crystals every day in your jewelry, keep them in your pockets or use them in meditation.
