1. Original Submissions (Exclusive to CrystalWind.ca)

• Word count: 800-1,200 words of fresh, unpublished content

• Author info: A punchy bio (1-2 sentences), a headshot/selfie, plus any social or site links

• Images: At least one header image (600 × 400 px minimum; public domain or your own). Feel free to include extra in-body images, PDFs, or videos-we'll host them.

2. Reblogs (Existing Blog Posts)

• Permission: Send direct URLs plus written permission to repost.

• Credit: We'll add our own header image (and yours if desired), backlink to your original post, your byline, and any social links.
