Chaos & Light
Exploring what it means to be human through the lens of consciousness, awakening, and personal growth. #deepspirituality. For more articles, offerings and meditations visit chaosandlight.com. By Angela Levesque
As a prolific wordsmith, transformational guide and digital wizard, Angela spends much of her time listening to the whispers of the Universe. Translating those whispers into stories, classes, art, insights, and meditations has been her life’s work.
She has a clinical background as an exercise physiologist and wellness coach, as well as training in Reiki, Healing Touch, Reconnective Healing, hypnosis, guided imagery and meditation. She knows that our level of awareness governs every aspect of our lives. So she assists her clients in understanding how they operate, why they make the choices they make, and how to make meaningful change, especially during times of transition and re-birth.
Feeling most at home sitting in front of a mic, Angela co-hosts a weekly creativity podcast called The Golden Flower which explores the artistic journey as a vehicle for our conscious evolution.
She is a lover of problem-solving and thinking on her feet. And is always willing to dive off the cliff and learn how to fly on the way down if the creative force beckons. The latest incarnation of her life’s work can be found at chaosandlight.com and substack.
