The February Energies Are Coming ∞The 9D Arcturian Council

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very interested in the way that you all are capable of handling the energies that are upon you at this time. We, and others like us, want to see how much you can absorb, how much you can co-create with, and how much you can make available to your fellow humans by grounding the energies into Mother Earth. We are constantly keeping track of your abilities in regards to new and higher-frequency energies, and we are especially interested in what you can do with them.

You are being given opportunity after opportunity to co-create something new, something better there on Earth for yourselves and everyone else, and in order to do that, you have to be able to handle these higher-frequency energies. You have to take care of yourselves so that you can handle them, and that means developing some good habits, some good practices. You want to be grounded, hydrated, and present in the moment. You want to be consciously breathing, meditating, and resting up for the next influx of higher-frequency energies.

You want to see yourselves as the conduits that you really are, and if you had a device that was all about receiving and grounding energy, and that device required a certain amount of maintenance to function properly and optimally, you would provide the device with the necessary maintenance. That is what we are asking you to do with your bodies, minds, and even your emotions. If you are not stopping and processing negative emotions when you need to, they are going to gunk up the system, making it harder for those higher-frequency energies to move to you and through you.

Self-care is so very important at this time, because the energies are not going to let up to accommodate you, and it will get harder to ignore the bad habits you’ve developed. We tell you this because we love you; we tell you this because want to see you having an easier time of it there, not because we want to scold you or shame you into taking better care of yourselves. We are just telling you what we witness when we tune in. We feel those who are taking good care of themselves handling the energies quite well, and we feel those who are not struggling.

Everyone is going to have their moments, their ascension symptoms, and their struggles, but you can minimize them all by taking good care of yourselves in every imaginable way, and that might mean doing less, setting aside certain goals that you have set for yourselves. It might mean that you have to step back from a project, or even a person, that is dragging you down. But know that everything is happening in Divine perfect timing for you and everyone else. There is no sprint to the finish line, but rather a slow saunter, where you get to enjoy every step of this journey that you are on in your ascension.
