A Message From The Angels: Love Is Here. Help Is Near.

A Message From The Angels: Love Is Here. Help Is Near.

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

Beneath all that you desire, there is only one desire.

Whether you want a lover, a full bank account, the vacation you've been dreaming about for years, or a moment of sweet connection with a dear one in spirit, underneath it all, you want love. You want to feel your essential self, be your essential self, and share your essential self.

Your essential self, beneath the body, the mind, and all that you think you are, is love. Love is the energy from which you were made. Love is the energy that keeps your lungs breathing and heart beating. And love is the energy into which you will expand in even grander ways when you are complete with your journey upon the earth.

Everything you experience is colored by your relationship with love. Love emanates constantly from the Source of all creation. Like a central sun, the Creator beams love outward to every particle of creation.  The love of the Creator lives within all things and all beings.

Love lives within your cells, which are always reaching for more love. Love lives in the smallest blade of grass reaching for the sun. Love lives in your insistent dog who loves themselves enough to demand dinner when they are hungry. Love lives in the kind hearts who care for so many and even lives in the  hurting, hateful, who feel so disconnected from their true nature that the only scraps of love they can find come from a temporary feeling of angry "power."

You all want to share love, enjoy love, and express love. You want to feel loved. Whether you experience that love in the eyes of an adoring pet or partner, or the deliciousness of an exquisite meal, love brings you to life. Beneath the tears of your grief, or when you are upset and want so much more, if you can focus on the love beneath these feelings, then dear ones, you will transform your pain. If, in the throes of grieving tears if you can stop to acknowledge, "This is how much I love," you may just find that the tears stop temporarily as you witness the beautiful capacity of your heart to hold one so dear.

It is impossible to love and hurt at the same time. You can switch rapidly between love and longing, but love will not hurt. Love lifts. Love soothes. Love calms and heals.  In every moment that you connect with love, you rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul. When you temporarily disconnect from love, you temporarily disconnect from experiencing the healing stream. Even then, in a single moment of appreciation, you can open to it once again.

Love, dear friends, is given freely. It is the eternal outbreath of the Source. As surely as the sun does not "take back" the rays it shines from within, love is never withheld. Never does it cease to flow.  Will you open the faucet of your heart and let it in?  If so, it will renew you in a multitude many ways.

You can allow love to flow to you in so many ways, great and small. You can receive a compliment with grace. You can think of something you like about yourself or admire in another. You can sip a soothing beverage, eat food you enjoy, and wear clothing that comforts you. You can read something that uplifts or watch a video that inspires.  You can witness the birds singing with glory each morning and night, or look around and enjoy a moment of appreciation for the roof over your head.  And while most of you want life or others to provide you with love, being able to find love just by looking, and to see it just by seeking, is an art that will serve you throughout your life.

Acknowledging that you are loved is infinitely practical. When a problem arises, take a breath. Remind yourself, "I am loved. Help is here." Take a few breaths and wait for guidance.

When your body needs love, remind yourself, "I am loved. Help is here." Sit and breathe until you feel calmer, as you allow streams of light and healing to flow to you and through you.

When someone is unkind or upsetting, or life presents an unthinkable challenge, remind yourself, "I am loved. Help is here." Then take a few breaths. Put your hand on your heart and imagine allowing yourself to open to love's grace.

Dear friends, if you knew how loved you truly are, you would have the confidence to move worlds. You wouldn't have to live in fear. You would know your divine birthright to an abundant, loving, and grace-filled life.  When you were innocent babies, you knew this love existed. You came straight from it.

Although most of you were soon indoctrinated in the conditional love offered by those around you, Divine love is always available for the taking, right here, right now. In even a moment of letting it in, by acknowledging something pleasing, being sweet to yourselves, or appreciating a beautiful moment, you open yourself to the ever-flowing life-giving, guidance, grace, and goodness that you all so deeply desire.

God Bless You! We love you so very much.

Message from Ann

Hi Everyone,

I have felt very open to love lately. I've been on a little mission to see if I can open to it even more, and like most new habits, we have our ups and downs. Last Saturday, I was in a blissful flow. Friends had gifted me an incredible spa morning with a beautiful soul who is an expert in Ayurveda. Shortly after sunrise, I hopped in the car and drove north. Arriving early, I had time for a gentle walk in nature—the first in a long time. The pungent juniper and cypress, still wet with morning dew but just beginning to bake in the sun, offered their sweet desert perfume, and the crunch of rocks beneath my feet was pure music.

After being oiled and massaged from head to toe, I felt as if I was floating on cloud 9. I prayed for a parking space at the creek, and as I began my drive, the skies cut loose. Blessed and beautiful rain came down in buckets! While people were leaving the park, I drove in and had my pick of the parking lot. All of nature was singing for joy. Soon spent, the clouds cleared, and I sat by the creek to meditate on the eternal flow. The subtle song of the stream, the rustle of waving grasses, and the quiet murmurs and laughter of a few other intrepid souls created a vibration of peace and harmony.

At long last, I got up to leave just in time to see a harpist setting up her beautiful, angelic instrument by the creek. Out of my mouth came an offer. "Would you like me to film you for Instagram?" She was thrilled. I grabbed her phone and pressed the big red button just as she began to play the exact song I had been humming for two hours on the drive up north. Strains of "Hallelujah" danced on the breeze as the slight drizzle started once again. Raindrops danced in the gentle stream, sending ripples in all directions. The creek murmured. The reeds danced, and surely angels were swaying to the heavenly music of nature and this talented young woman. "Of course," was all I could think. "Of course..." We are so loved.

Then came the energy that didn't like me so much. I was a little tired after the drive home and must have let down my guard. Something that I have experienced before — an angry vibe that would rather not have me in powerful joy, started scratching my eyes and making my skin prickle. I didn't figure it out right away. I thought I was just itching or had something in my eyes, but finally, I was forced to concede that something was off. I sat and breathed, "Angels?"  "Nothing to worry about," they responded. "The parasitic energy on the planet just got to you, and you always react with a little case of shingles." That made sense. I've been here before. I know how to handle it.

"Pucker up, buttercups! "We're playing in the light here!" Humor always puts me in a high vibe. I sat and breathed, and intended to receive angelic assistance in re-tuning to the higher vibrations. Not only did I feel the denser energies shift out of my newly tuned and better vibe, I got inspired to make my little solution of water with manuka honey (about half an ounce of super clean water with about a pea-size portion of manuka stirred in), put that in both eyes, and felt immediate relief.  The stinging was gone instantly.

What would have been a fearful, angry tug of war with the denser energies years ago, and an unpleasant physical condition, was handled about as quickly as escorting a bug out of the house. The more I sit and let that love in, the more help I get. The trick is surrendering, relaxing, and letting yourself feel better.

There's a mistaken notion that if God loved us, nothing hard would ever happen, but the angels have explained many times over the years that if you loved your child, you wouldn't lock them up and control their every move to keep them safe and happy. You'd give them free will, guide them, and let them live, learn, and grow, perhaps in ways you never imagined. You'd be there for them, all the way, ready to offer real help, neither enabling or disabling. This is how the creator loves us. God doesn't swoop in to prevent us from living and learning. Instead, the love keeps flowing, ever-present, and we either tune into it and reap the rewards or forget and miss out for a moment.

These little misadventures I have from time to time are not a lack of love on the Creator's part. They come when I don't listen to my own guidance and natural impulses and get worn down. They're a natural consequence of me lowering my vibe enough to let something undesirable in. Just as quickly, I can open to love and tune the denser energies out of my field entirely.

The angels have been using the analogy of our microbiome lately. In the gut we have "good" and "bad" bacteria. The good bacteria help digest the food. The bad bacteria like to eat junk.  If we eat a reasonable diet and have reasonable stress, they tend to stay in balance with both doing their job. But if we oversugar or over-stress, the bad bacteria can gain the upper hand and cause all sorts of unpleasant symptoms. If we regain balance, the good bacteria thrive again, and everything works correctly.

Likewise, if we are attuned to mostly good energy, the denser vibes won't bother us. If we lower our vibe enough, we let those lower energies gain the upper hand temporarily.  There's no need to battle them any more than we'd battle the bad bacteria in the gut. Far better to rebuild our good vibes so balance can return naturally. Think of working to restore your good vibes as taking spiritual probiotics!  Rather than fighting the "bad," we strengthen the "good."

Long story short, I wore glasses for a few days, put the honey water in the eyes, and the stinging never returned. The week has been very sweet, and the love is flowing again :) The garden keeps offering up little tomatoes and peppers. I finished a book, and a dear family member, who was living near the edge of life, received a very dire but fixable diagnosis from one of her practitioners, which saved her life... again!

Even the mundane is going smoothly once again, with delightful guidance and grace  along the way.  Late one night, when I was almost finished with my new children's activity book (see below!), I had a whim to ask chatGPT, the AI if it could proofread a kids book with rhymes and picture. "Sure," it responded. "Please share it with me."  "Why not?" I thought, very amused at the prospect of a bit-based proofreader! I nearly fell off my chair, roaring with laughter when 30 seconds later I got a response, "Wow! I read your book and it is perfect for toddlers..." It proceeded to compliment me on the work. I wondered if it had "read" any of it when it said, "But on page XXX you have a '34' and I think that is a typo and you really wanted only a '3'" OMG! It caught the one mistake in a 212-page book!!! I should let it read my newsletters!  When I commented on how amazing that was, this proud little bunch of whirling bits told me, "Reading is one of my superpowers and I love to use it to help creators like you." Good gravy. Vibrational law works with computers too!

The moral of the story is that love is here to be found and felt in so many ways. No matter what we tune into, it waits for our return. It waits for us to ask for and receive it (vs demand and disbelieve). It exists in our nature and can be found even in our tech if we're willing. It is there as a healing, loving stream waiting to soothe and comfort us, and to uplift and inspire. It even has answers! We've had AI (Angel Intelligence) waaay before we've had access to artificial intelligence :)

So this week, try to remind yourself as often as you can, "I am loved even if I can't find a reason. I am loved even when I don't feel worthy. I am loved even when I don't feel lovable. I am loved whether or not I think I deserve it. I am loved because the Source is love and it is its nature to love all things and all beings," and that includes all of us :)

Here are a few more ways to tap into the eternally flowing love

1.  Think of Divine love like sunlight & open the shutters

Think of Divine love like sunlight. It shines impartially because that is its nature. It loves because that is who it is.  Imagine opening the shutters and letting the sun shine on your face. Imagine opening the shutters in your heart and letting that radiant love bathe you in its brilliance. Sit. Breathe. Truly open the shutters of the heart, if only by imagining it, and receive.

2. Stop Listing the Ways You Feel Unloved

We could all devise a list of times we have not felt loved by others or life itself. Illness doesn't feel like love. Unkind, demanding people don't feel like love. There are those who allow love to flow freely in love and others who choke it off—they can't share what they don't have to give. We have all been unloved by other humans at times. Focusing on those experiences is not productive.

It feels better to focus on love. It feels better to look for evidence of love in the rainbow or the purring cat. It feels better to look at love as a happy blade of grass growing to feed the animals, clean the air, and tickle your feet. It feels better to focus on the good times you've had with a loved one rather than the pain of their loss...when you can.

There are and will always be reasons to feel like love is lost. Sometimes, in the physical sense, it is. However, the greater love—the one we all crave—can never be stopped and will never be withdrawn. It is there for us, waiting, ready to flow.

3. Stop "Chewing your Cud"

My grandma grew up on a farm. They had a little expression, "Don't chew your cud." Google says it "is an idiom that means to stop ruminating, thinking excessively, or worrying about something. It's not a literal instruction about food consumption, but a figurative expression about mental engagement."

In plain English, it always meant "stop going over and over the unpleasant things in your mind."  "Cud" is the grass that the first section of a cow's stomach has softened up. It comes back to their mouths for the "second chewing" before being fully digestible by the second section of their stomach. Cows have to chew their grass twice to digest it. We don't have to "chew on" the unpleasant things in life multiple times before we can let them pass through us! So, as the farmers say, "Don't chew your cud!"

I know how easy it is to focus on things that don't feel like love. We pick them apart, wondering why they happened, whose fault they were, etc., but far better to just refocus on the love that is always present. My practice these days is to enjoy it when I remember to focus on loving reality, and when I forget, at the first awareness that things are off, I sit down, ask for help, breath, and receive. Only after my energy is peaceful do I go chasing solutions :) More often, they find me.

We are loved. Beyond reason. Beyond our ability to even imagine. Help is here. And it sure feels good to sit, breathe, and receive :)

Have a blessed week,
Love,
Ann
