We offer you much love and support at all times in your life. Please know that we all are watching over each of you who are connecting with us. All of you who are constantly reaching for higher states of consciousness are very dear to us, to the Masters, and to Source. Let your heart sing joyfully with this awareness as you move through your days.

As you move higher and higher in consciousness, inner joy begins to fill your heart. Love begins to pulsate throughout your entire being. And you begin to experience divine light everywhere. All of these things manifest because this is a reflection of your true nature. Those of you who are able to attain a high state of consciousness while experiencing the earth dream are truly divine beings and you are precious to Source.

When you are not experiencing a physical form, you radiate pure light and consciousness. You pulsate with love and vibrate with constant joy. You are a subtle embodiment of a portion of divine consciousness. This consciousness moves through you without thought. You can access any form of knowledge without a mind. You can simultaneously exist in many places, helping others. And you flow constantly following divine will.

Even if you never stand forth in public to speak your truth while on earth, you emanate that light and purity constantly. Wherever you walk, that space is blessed. And you do this without intention or focus. It simply flows through you.

Just as blood flows through the circulatory system of your physical form, subtle energy flows through subtle channels in your being. Because this is energy instead of liquid, it is not contained exclusively in these channels. It flows outward from your subtle form. How far it flows outward is determined by the amount of light that you carry naturally within your being. So beings who have attained a higher state carry more light. And this light affects everything around you as well as your inner state.

Completely integrated with this light is the experience of love and supreme joy. The higher you elevate your consciousness, the more powerful is your experience of love and this joy. And just as you experience it, this subtle energy will touch others around you.

Often, as people are evolving spiritually, they unconsciously veil their own experience of this love, light and bliss through constant activities both physical and mental. They distract themselves from noticing these inner experiences by keeping their focus outward instead.

Learn to perform your daily activities even as you constantly are looking within. Don’t be afraid that you will fall over unconscious if you look inside while you’re moving. Perhaps early on, you may be pulled to meditation more frequently if you do this because you are raising your energy level. But later on, you will feel the constant flow of activity on the outside while you rest in blissful silence within, always looking at the light. This is a skill that is developed over time but will bear enormous fruit.

Always keep at least a portion of your conscious awareness looking within. This will keep you very, very centered and will allow you to access your inner bliss even while performing outer activities. Your connection to the divine and to who you truly are is found within. If you always maintain a conscious portion of your awareness in that inner space, an enormous amount of light will constantly pour through you. So even as you do the laundry or wash your dog, you will revel in your inner bliss.

You don’t need to retreat to a cave to access the highest truths. You can find these while you’re washing the dishes or vacuuming the floor, or even typing up a contract. Leave a portion of your consciousness focused outward to do your work and focus the rest always within.

Allow yourselves to rest in the divinity of your own beautiful being. Revel in your inner love. Delight in your own bliss. You are that light, and you are that bliss.
