Stay Fully Present With Self

Stay Fully Present With Self

August promises to be another month of deep and profound transformation that will bring a renewal of our energy.

Balance will be especially important as we continue to face and experience change.  Change ofte involves seasons of disorientation, doubt, or dark nights of the soul where we are invited to surrender control, to sit with uncertainty, and let the old self fall away so that something more meaningful can emerge.  As the month begins we are encouraged to approach everything from the space of our hearts, where real transformation and healing occur.  This is a month where we can do the inner work needed to liberate ourselves from the patterns of the past, and remove the barriers that get in the way of our authentic self.

Currently there are five planets in retrograde – Pluto, Neptune, Saturn, Mercury and Chiron – making this a time of inward exploration, self-discovery, healing and transformation.  As you start the new month, you are being urged to persevere and to remember that you have outgrown the past versions of yourself and are now readying yourself to experience life anew.  What no longer serves you has and is being emphasized showing you where shifts, changes, transformation and healing is neeeded.  Let yourself heal and release whatever stops you from authentic self-expression and embracing the new.  Give yourself permission to let go of who you think you are supposed to be and embrace who you truly are.  Turn inwards and be present with yourself, with your heart and your soul.  Let yourself be filled with the peace, love, grace, truth and wonder that only your soul can give you.

Much love

Kate
