Dear Friends,

The last four month, since this incredible year 2017 has began, we have truly been challenged on daily basis, to bring our highest aspirations and most divine visions on the ground – thru our constant aware actions. The Moon Energies have triggered us into the powerless state of victim-hood, and so gave us the incredible chance to leave the past behind and move into self-leadership.

For those who had been preparing well for this shift, it was a relatively soft transition – walking thru this portal to higher frequency levels; and for all of you who have been surprised by the power to transform and manifest anew – that the last month have demonstrated to us – here are some prayers and a breathing technique to get yourself ready for the next big leap!!

When we practicing conscious breathing it helps improve our well being on a physical level that is the most basic thing it can do for us. The releases noticed include pain and symptom from high blood pressure, migraines, headaches, anxiety, stress, chronic pain, depression, asthma, insomnia, nervousness, self-doubt, concentration loss, muscular tension, bad sleep, and its a boost for the immune system. But that is by far not all we can gain from a regular practice. On a spiritual level we can boost our evolution, by connecting the dots in our mind – when we are in a mindful breathing exercise. Our energy body is extending in size and intensifying in radiation of light.

Also becoming aware of the way we are breathing helps us reconnect to our inner place of peace, even in the most challenging situations of everyday life!! Imagine – such a simple, build in tool, and such a divine abundance of use for the collective awakening process of humanity! To make the impact of this tool even stronger, we can also call on the Ascended Master Saint Germain and the violet flame of transformation! And try deep breathing the next time you find yourself reaching for a pain reliever, you are feeling stressed out, are depressed, have problems with your sleep or need a momentary extra boost of physical power!

In general there is not “one correct way” of breathing. There are particular breathing techniques for yoga, for power walking, for swimming, a proper breathing for martial arts, a technique for tai-chi, playing the trumpet requires different breathing than singing does, and so on. I am sure, you get the point! Anyway, here is a techniques you can give a try – in case you don’t have a favorite version jet!

How to practice in a private environment:

1. Sit cross-legged in a dark, quiet room.
2. Close your eyes.
3. Using your thumb, cover up your right nostril, and breathe deeply through your left nostril for a count of 6.
4. Pause for a count of 2.
5. Remove your thumb, and cover your left nostril with your forefinger, and exhale completely through your right nostril for a count of 6.
6. Repeat 10 to 15 times.

As soon as you are familiar with the breathing technique as mentioned above, or any other breathing system that allows you to feel the observer that you are – in the presence of your own spirit – you can also add the prayers below while practicing.
If you simply wanna use them as Mantra, you can make it as easy as repeating the prayers below daily, for a 21 day period at least (make it 3, 7 or 9 or 13 repetitions)!!
