This super moon, known also as the strawberry moon, can lend power to your choices and commitments. If you are clear about an intention, especially one that will support a turning point in your life, send it out to the universe with optimism on a powerful prayer. If the fears of the false personality are trying to derail you, use some spiritual discipline to focus beyond them to access a higher truth.

If you are in the process of a reality check, your feelings and reactions could be intensified especially around fear as it is related to the instinctive center. The best way to use the potential of this full moon is to engage in optimistic “what ifs” and to trust the inspiration about what is possible. That no matter how things seem to be in the present, all will be well in the future.

Our need for comfort and security is challenged during this full moon giving us the opportunity to reflect on the truth of what is true security and true comfort. In this somewhat uncomfortable time of shifts and changes, self care and personal needs are an important focus. Take some time during this full moon to sit on the earth and feed your root chakra with the vitality and creativity pacha mama has to offer as a grounding, life giving and nurturing force of security and stability.
