Blessing all of you now as you read this. We have some powerful configurations in the SKY and this will be felt on many levels, this FULL MOON.

The Full Moon is on Thursday August 11th, at 10:35 pm ADT. For some of you this will take place on the 12th, check your time zone.

Potential changes and sudden restrictions may take place as The Full Moon is conjunct Saturn and square Uranus. These may bring sudden changes! SO Watch your breath, watch your thoughts, don’t fall back into old thinking patterns of doubt and fear (as much as possible) and stay AWARE.

Aware of your thoughts, aware of your emotions, aware of your reactions, aware of your stress levels and BREATHE through all of this.

Focus behind your eyes for a few moments and yes you will have to pause and close your eyes and feel that area, now. And breathe. Feel Golden Light forming in that area, the warmth, the Light. This is connected to the inner you and your awareness. NOW add, focusing on your actual heart beat, while breathing, and also being aware of the area behind your eyes. Close your eyes also, do this for one minute.

No matter what you are going through, slow down, focus on those areas, BREATHE slowly and relax. As you transition through to the Ascended you ~ Transcended you, these areas will become very active for you. In fact, right now, we activate you in this!

Listen to the Full Moon Invocation if possible. Listen to many of my audio activations as they will help shift your focus and alignment back to now, back to the awareness of you and the expanded heart you.
