New Moon in Aries with a total Solar Eclipse is Monday, April 8 at 12:20 PM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT). 

The eclipse begins at approximately 11:25 and is total at approximately 12 noon depending on where you are in the Mountain Time Zone. This is a super moon and considered one of the most powerful transformational times of the year. It will influence most of the month so you have plenty of time to work with its influences. 

This New Moon could bring a completely new direction into your life especially if you have recently experienced a loss, change, shift or sudden opportunity. Doors may open that were not there before and new ideas and ways of problem solving could become clearly possible. 

This eclipse is grounded and anchored in future energy, hence the theme for the month of “looking forward” instead of being trapped in the past. Anyone who is resistant to change or attached to an old set of intentions may have some difficulty during this time. Staying present and aware is the key as well as staying out of judgment, blaming and disappointment. Take some time to reframe your intentions, infusing them with new energy and inspiration. This time also offers a portal that is an invitation to take the healing of old wounds and turn the reclaimed residual energy into your base of power and wisdom.
