Sidereal Aries New Moon: Karmic Showdown & Bold New Beginnings

Sidereal Aries New Moon: Karmic Showdown & Bold New Beginnings

Sidereal astrology aligns with the stars' actual positions, while Western astrology follows the seasons, causing a 23-24 degree difference between the two systems. ~And-El

The New Moon on April 27 is at 7’ Aries and makes a difficult square to both Mars and Pluto that are in opposition.

U-Oh!

That spells turbulence.

For two reasons:

  1. Mars rules Aries and is feeling very protective in Cancer, does not ventilate but explodes when the cup runneth over and lives by its feelings and intuition.
  2. Mars opposites Pluto for the 3rd and final time since October, and with Pluto in Capricorn (not Aquarius as most astrologers wrongly say) it’s all about epic karmic power struggles.

So, a legendary final showdown is upon us. Cue a harmonica and a rolling tumbleweed.

Who wins? The one who didn’t make any vile attacks, take immature decisions or perform reckless acts during the recent eclipse season whilst Mercury and Venus were retrograde. Actions taken then have no chance of success whatsoever, as they were clouded in illusions (conjunct Neptune) and purely ego-driven with the sole intention to escape from unresolved inner pain and trauma. Peace (Pisces) will never be found by negating the personal shadow and projecting it onto others. Yet that’s exactly what most people do.

With Saturn and the North Node conjunct in Pisces, we’re building for the future and burning the bridges of the past.

Karmic ties dissolve and we begin anew, but not merely a life chapter it’s a complete new book! A new persona, an upgraded life experience.

Say farewell to those who showed their disrespect and true colours, and move on whistling « I’m still standing » by Elton John.

Forgive and wish them well as a true Pisces.

Then be bold, brave and go onward like an Aries taking matters in your own hands and never look back.

After all 2025 is a 9-year which is all about closîg cycles, releasing, forgiveness, wisdom and teaching by example.

Locate 7’ Aries in your sidereal birth chart to see where this New Moon energy will play out for you personally in the coming 4 weeks.

You may want to look at the Mars (10’ Cancer) and Pluto (4’ Capricorn) opposition as well.

Before I go: the focus in the new month of May will be on freedom and builds upon the foundation we laid in April. You may wanna play ‘Sweet Freedom’ by Michael McDonald.

May the Force be with you. You are the Force.

Until next time,

Stefan
