Dear Friends,

The aspects of this moon can bring an unsettled and somewhat challenging energy that can have us feeling out of sorts, agitated and disturbed. It is best to simply accept and channel this discomfort into small, grounded activities that include doing something that inspires you. The earth and working with the earth to stay grounded will also be most helpful. Focus on staying organized with the details of your life especially when you feel scattered. Make a list if you need to.

The greater theme of the week is one of striving for alignment perhaps in a new way, with new eyes and new reference points. You may feel misaligned and grumpy about it. Be proactive with finding alignment with what makes you happy close to home. Work with gratitude to acknowledge the resources and gifts you have instead of obsessing about what is lacking. Remember that reaction, especially negative reaction, holds no power. It is a choice to be positive, proactive, kind, loving and compassionate no matter what. Anchor into your authenticity during this full moon time and do what you love to do.
