Aspects, Evolutionary Configurations, and More

This “Buddha Wisdom” Full Moon shows us the way forward as things continue to fall apart. This will provide tremendous stable inspiration if we can keep focused on the positives in the midst of limiting conditions. As I told you before, don’t necessarily believe all you’re told these next two weeks.

This Full Moon fulfills the Taurus New Moon themes, which means we’re still developing “knowledge and skill to meet the demands of a stages yet to come.” This lunation helps us revolutionize elements of our lives, seeing the worth of things expressed as a transmutation of “natural to supernatural.” See things symbolically, and when in doubt, don’t be afraid to assert yourself. This one allows us to take the tenderness and strength of the New Moon and express it as an "obedience to grace." When in doubt, forgive whatever needs forgiving.

We’re moving quickly into a new era, so pay attention to the subtle changes and move from contemplation of endings to contemplating the beginnings. Those who concentrate will find they’re relating to others in more “adult” ways. This “Buddha Wisdom” Full Moon is releasing powerful energies of compassion, with growth in allowing all to do what they have to do in the way they can do it. This is a time to honor your own path and how you walk it.

Evolutionary Configurations

This month we have 4 evolutionary configurations, 2 involving the Lunation and a third involving the Moon. In no particular order, this month the configurations are:

1) The Sun conjunct Uranus opposition the Moon is cut into a quintile and tredecile by Pluto. This activates 3 points of a “10 Pointed Star of Quintessential Serendipity,” promising interactive unique gifts and blessings for those affected. This brings specialization and “quintessential” experiences to planets or points near 1 Cancer/Capricorn, 2-7 Aquarius/Leo, 8-13 Virgo/Pisces, 14-19 Aries/Libra, 20-25 Scorpio/Taurus, and 26-30 Gemini/Sagittarius. If you have something in these zones, prepare to individualize, specialize, and either be gifted or gift another!

2) The opposition of the Lights is cut by Venus into a semi-square and a sesquisquare, creating three points in an “8 Pointed Star of the Need for Right Action.” This will primarily affect planets and points near 7-11 Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn, and 22-26 Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius. If you have something in one of these zones, concentrate to see the whole picture, and if you are having a hard time, “return to source” for inspiration.

3) The Moon is opposed Uranus and trine Saturn which is sextile Uranus. This creates powerful productive stabilizing energies for all planets we have in the late degrees of the Earth and Water signs. The Sun is not in this configuration as it is septile Saturn which I’ll discuss shortly.

4) Mercury is trielftile Mars and elftile Neptune, and Mars is quadrelftile Neptune. This anchors three points of an “Eleven Pointed Star of Mastery of Duality Through Faith.” This primarily affects planets we have near 1-3 Aries, 3-5 Taurus, 5-7 Gemini, 8-10 Cancer, 11-13 Leo, 13-15 Virgo, 16-18 Libra, 19-21 Scorpio, 22-24 Sagittarius, 25-27 Capricorn, and 28-30 Aquarius.

If you have something in these zones, use faith when confronting some duality and it will lead you to mastery of those types of dualisms. If you find yourself not knowing why something is as it is, have faith in yourself and your ability to glimpse the unified truth beyond the nonrational factors in play.

Here we give a special nod to specific aspects. We’re in a great run of 4 more weeks of Venus trine Mars!

We also have 3 aspects in the 7th harmonic “destiny producing” series. We have Moon biseptile Mars, Mercury septile Jupiter, and Sun septile Saturn and Neptune. These all bring “forks in the road of destiny” wherever they happen, and as we have the rulers of all the signs except Taurus and Libra, this is sure to set off some changes for all of us!

The Moon at 23 Scorpio biseptile Mars at 12 Leo affects houses and planets we have in Aries, Cancer, Leo, and Scorpio, and opens up active zones around 10-14 Leo, 1-5 Libra, 22-26 Scorpio, 14-18 Capricorn, 6-10 Pisces, 27 Aries-1 Taurus, and 18-22 Gemini.

Mercury at 4 Taurus septile Jupiter at 24 Gemini affects houses and planets we have in Taurus, Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces, and opens up active zones around 2-6 Taurus, 23-27 Gemini, 15-19 Leo, 6-10 Libra, 28 Scorpio-2 Sagittarius, 19-23 Capricorn, and 11-15 Pisces.

The Sun at 23 Taurus septile Saturn at 29 Pisces and Neptune at 2 Aries affects houses and planets we have in Aries, Taurus, Cancer, Leo, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces, and opens up active zones around 28 Pisces-3 Aries, 20-25 Taurus, 11-16 Cancer, 3-8 Virgo, 24-29 Libra, 15-20 Sagittarius, and 7-12 Aquarius.

Major Aspects

Besides the various aspects I gave you related to the evolutionary configurations, forming (or partile separating) inner planet aspects include the Moon quadranovile Mercury and quincunx Jupiter; Mercury is quindecile Venus, vigintile the Sun, trielftile Mars, decile Saturn, quindecile Uranus, elftile Neptune, and square Pluto; Venus is quintile Jupiter, semisquare Uranus, and bielftile Pluto; And the Sun is binovile Mars and semisextile Jupiter.

Outer planet aspects include Mars sesquisquares Saturn; Jupiter square Saturn; Saturn sextile Neptune and conjunct Neptune oos; Uranus is sextile Neptune oos, and Neptune will be in close sextile most of this year.

Friction comes from 2 semisquares, 2 squares, 1 sesquisquare, and 1 quincunxes. Semisquares are internal friction at the beginning or end of a cycle, and to me represent the irritating metaphoric “grain of sand” in the oyster of our lives which creates a pearl or awareness.

Squares are integrative, while sesquisquares are interactive, annoying and/or agitating, but not necessarily crisis producing. The quincunx, represents an adjustment or sacrifice of some sort. Just remember to decrease aggravation when a frictional aspect is in play.

For those new to the craft, quintiles and biquintiles are 5th harmonic aspects, septiles and triseptiles are 7th harmonic aspects, noviles are 9th harmonic aspects, deciles (semi-quintiles) and tredeciles are 10th harmonic aspects. The elftile series are 11th harmonic aspects, the quindecile is a 15th harmonic aspect, and the vigintile is a 20th harmonic aspect. Each of these has a unique function in the phase relationship of the two planets in aspect.

The 5th, 10th, 15th, and 20th harmonic aspects are specializing and bring forth partially or fully developed quintessential elements of the planets involved. The novile (9th harmonic), septile (7th harmonic) and elftile (11th harmonic) series all feature spiritual aspects. All novile series (9th harmonic) aspects represent entry or exit points of periods of gestation which can bring forth possible spiritual developments. These aspects indicate things which need to be put on the shelf for a while, or that which has been gestating can now move forward. They represent gestative energies that can lead to great spiritual realizations.

Septile series aspects represent forks in the road of destiny, where we make choices determining karmic future developments. This series is ruled by Saturn, where we create and fulfill karma by our choices during those phase shifts. The 11th harmonic elftile series aspects involve situations where there is a need to transcend and master some form of duality by making a leap of faith. In transcending those dualistic situations, dilemmas, challenges, and thinking, we resolve the problem and learn techniques of mastering those sorts of dualities in the future. This series tests our faith. Both the 7th and 11th series involve non-rational aspect values, bringing an element of irrationality in behavior and circumstances.

The various aspects in all these different harmonic series indicate points where the theme of the Whole Cycle becomes clear, whether through major developments or minor refinements in the process. Each aspect shows a phase relationship, specific to the special and unique circumstances of that particular Whole Cycle. It's how we can know when to work, when to play, when to create, when to imagine, when to have faith, and when to mobilize!

Element Balance

This Full Moon shows a balance in the elements, with slightly more Fire and Earth than Air and Water. At this time, the traditional 10 planets show 2 planets in Water signs, 3 in Fire, 3 in Earth, and 2 in Air. This makes Fire (Inspiration and Light) and Earth (Practicality and Grounding) slightly preponderant, with slightly less Water (Feelings and Experiencing Life on Deep Levels) and Air (Relatedness and Communications).

Air and Earth are “cool” elements, while Fire and Water are “hot” elements. With this distribution, it’s perfectly balanced, with a slight emphasis on practical inspiration.

The current sequence at present of Deciding, Feeling, and Thinking

We’ve been through several different sequences over the past few months. There are six patterns, and each has their strengths and weaknesses. This continues a pattern we’ve been in. For now, as a process of moving through events, the most effective “firing sequence” for approaching life and experience as things some fall apart involves beginning activity with feeling, then thinking, and then making decisions.

This pattern initiates activity by feeling its way into ideas, perceptions, and information. Let your hunches lead to new knowledge. Then, after a new idea, vision, or understanding, then make a decision and act on it! Try not to overplan too far into the future. Take your feeling-knowing one step at a time, and keep things in balanced motion, even if they go all over the place at times.

Once we’ve made a decision and acted on it, then a new feeling will naturally arise showing the next thing to learn about, communicate, or understand. So feel, flow, and experience, since these will lead you to ideas and views that will in turn lead to the next decision.

This pattern is sensitive to others’ feelings, and when healthy usually offers a positive and encouraging take on things. It is said this pattern has the best “bedside manner,” and can be a good sounding board to bounce all kinds of things off of until everything’s been discussed and processed so that a clear decision can be made. This pattern offers us that the journey of a thousand miles is truly one step at a time.

If you’re wondering what to do, go to your feelings and sit with them being objective and compassionate. Once you have “retreated to compassion,” then find your vision or understanding you need to execute an action or make a decision.

What are you experiencing which can help you feel what you need to know before you act? If you understand something but don’t know what to do, what are your feelings telling you that you must do? If your actions aren’t bringing you clarity, what internal feelings are blocking your vision? Let your feelings lead you to clear ideas which help you make decisions.

Saturn: Spiritual Master, Spiritual Friend

Saturn at the end of Pisces is teaching us all how to be mature and disciplined as we make the major shifts from Pisces to Aries, ushering in a new 15 year era. At the end of Pisces it continues to be a major player helping us release the past and express our spiritual power with courage and intention.

Saturn’s now on its way to Aries in a few weeks! Saturn is bringing us important Piscean lessons wherever we have late Pisces in our charts, and important decisions to planets we have in the late degrees of Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces.

Saturn has led us through a major life renewal since June 2023, so we continue to release all we cannot take into the Saturn in Aries phase beginning this year. Saturn brings maturity and structure to Pisces, and so is teaching us to open to the Grace which comes from forgiveness coupled with gratitude. Let go, let God, and let it flow down the timestream.

Saturn, our “spiritual teacher and spiritual friend” in Pisces brings an ocean of water to our Capricorn/Aquarius sectors and any natal or progressed planets we have in those signs. Though Saturn can accompany heavy lessons, it is the part of us which can take charge of our lives and destiny by using Saturn’s virtues in the right way and time. Our ability to steer our “ship of personality” into our higher destiny brings us new parts to play on the stage of Life.

We’re still in a long wave period of saying goodbye to old roles and embracing newer more effective roles to play in the emergent Aquarian era. We continue to master navigating the fogs and illusions of Pisces, finding understanding, Divine Grace, and spiritual power in forgiveness and steering the process of closing out old ways as they present themselves.

Summing it Up

Between now and the beginning of 2026, we are in a transition zone between “the end of the end and the beginning of the beginning.” The recent eclipses will quickly shut down many things we cannot bring with us into the new Aries era already dawning. Give up lesser things, or that which you haven’t used in a long time and may never use again. Be strong and loving as you let go, remembering that forgiving the past creates a void which allows Divine Grace to enter. Obey the divine promptings and secure a transforming Wisdom.

We are now developing through North Node in Pisces, so learn the flow, feel the larger spiritual field, and grow toward your sense of abundance cultivated this past year even as things begin to fall apart. With this position, we learn from Pisces, and show what we know in Virgo. Pisces has grace and faith, while Virgo is obedient to duty.

See the deeper elements in Nature teaching you about life passages, quicken to the promise which is being fulfilled at this time, and accept the power while also understanding that enlightenment is a verb rather than a noun. Pay no attention to the confusion, dread, or uncertainty as you do your own thing in your own unique way.

With each coming year, we’ll see definite movement away from the ideas which dominated the old 200 year Earth Era and see more of the emergent 200 year Air Era launched at the December 2020 Solstice. This transitional period requires that we ask questions related to our spiritual purpose, fearless as we are One with the World Soul and walk through the world but are not “of” the world. We have found inner strength the past four years, and learned the spiritual power of gratitude which brought assistance from Devas and Angels.

Forgiving much with compassion for the generic human condition, we are being released from all which doesn’t serve our momentum into our greater purpose. This is the heart of a global acceleration in transforming those who are part of a greater service and group work. Embrace a new identity, a new love, a new spiritual awareness, and a new spiritual expression in grounded ways, so keep your mind and heart open and keep coordinating your body, feelings, and mind to demonstrate a stable and harmonized Soul energy. That's a great part to play as we dance through life's changes!

A Meditation on Light and Shadow

Because life seems to be a never-ending experience of out-breathing elements of the past and in-breathing elements of the new, it is useful to remember that when we are moving through major changes, and something new is introduced into our lives, it means that something else must leave, or has already left, to provide space for the new to be embraced. And lesser wisdom must give way to greater wisdom, and old forms give way to newer realities. As I’ve offered before “enlightenment” is a verb more than it is a noun.

While sometimes having to say goodbye to older, lesser ways of life can be a drag, it is important to remember that even though life can occasionally be painful, we do not have to suffer. And as we learn to break the link between pain and suffering, we heal our part of humanity and the world.

We are Light. All things are composed of Light in various frequencies that express as limitless forms. Some light frequencies are of greater density than others.

All shadows result from light hitting a dense object. Psychological shadows too. Therefore, it’s good to become as translucent and translucid as possible to dispel lurking shadows.

If you must look at and/or deal with shadows, whether your own or another’s, then refocus your Light on the object being illuminated, since that form is the source of the shadow.

Find the correct 4 angles of illuminating whatever you want to focus on, and all shadows will be dispelled. Then you’re seeing things with an illuminated mind, and can act accordingly.
