Vital Gemstones For The Now

Vital Gemstones For The Now

Many people are interested in which crystals or gemstones are specifically recommended as being best for anxiety, panic, nervousness, and depression.

in the current “3d” situations that seem to arise on our planet regularly along with the LIGHT from the Divine realms that is coming into us increasingly stronger to clear and cleanse this realm and to elevate us to HIGHER KNOWLEDGE.

Thus, the following are those which are most calming, stress-reducing, and alleviating of depression.

They can be worn as a pendant, a necklace, a bracelet, a ring, or as a prayer mala.

I suggest wearing your special stone in two of the ways just mentioned.

For example, a necklace and a ring can be worn or a bracelet and a prayer mala, etc.

When you acquire your stone, wash it briefly in warm soapy water; rinse it in cool water; towel-dry it; and then give it about a half-hour to an hour of bright sunshine.

If it is not sunny in your area, still place the stone where it can receive some daylight for at least an hour because the Sun is always shining even if we do not always detect its rays.

After cleansing, according to your spiritual path, ask SOURCE to allow the stone to calm your nervous system and to assist in the removal of any depression.

Crystals and gemstones have been used since ancient times (along with essential oils, flowers, and plants) as healing energies and wellness maintainers.

Like all other natural modalities, crystals and gemstones have a “life force”— “energy”.

This energy moves throughout our auric field and vibrates into our meridians helping us physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Also, the substances from trees are very calming and also “grounding”.

They are listed as well. Here are the crystals, gemstones, seeds, and woods that are most potent for the purposes mentioned:

  • Amazonite
  • Amber (This is actually a resin which has oozed from ancient pine trees, and it hardens over millions of years. It contains healing “succinic acid”. Please see my previous article on AMBER. Since it is a resin, it can be worn with any other crystal or gemstone without worrying about energy “overload”).
  • Aquamarine
  • Botswana Agate
  • Celestite
  • Chrysocolla
  • Howlite
  • Lepidolite
  • Rhodonite
  • Rose Quartz
  • Turquoise

The Seeds and Woods:

If you wear a prayer mala, the following mantras are very soothing:

  • “AUM SHANTI AUM” (“Oh, Divine Peace, Oh Divine”).
  • “AUM NAMO NARAYANAYA” (“Oh, Divine, I bow to the Sustainer”).
  • “SO HUM” (“I am THAT”)—In other words, we have the sacred energy of SOURCE within us. SOURCE is the “THAT” of this mantra.
  • “AUM SRI DHANVANTRE NAMAHA” (“Oh, Divine, I bow to the Holy Celestial Physician”).
