If you love yourself it doesn’t mean you’ll stop growing or miss certain aspects that you may wish to evolve beyond. It does mean you will create the perfect conditions for growth and healing to occur. If you are only ever in trouble-shooting mode with yourself, you will never be able to bloom into your highest expression of self because the many, many glorious things about you are not being acknowledged.

You would not expect a child to thrive if you never validated their goodness, and you shouldn’t expect that of yourself either.
