Have you developed a habit of looking for what’s wrong? Do you endlessly scan yourself looking for things to release? To heal?
Dear Ones, of course there is nothing wrong with releasing and healing, in fact, it is a vital part of the process. When it becomes problematic is when enlightening human beings fall into the habit of always being on high alert, looking for trouble.
We understand that you are trying to be diligent, but if your focus is always on what you do not want, you will find yourself on a merry-go-round of density. Why not do one final grand release and be done with it? Why not order all your cells to wellness and consider that a job well done, too? We highly recommend starting to live your life as if you are completely healed, completely released from all that held you back.
Trust that the system is taking care of you. If there is something that requires your attention, rest assured it will come up into your awareness on its own, you can deal with it, and go back to the business of living your life wholly and vibrantly. The more you can be what you wish to embody, the faster it will become your new and consistent state of being. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young
