When you are in a space where you can’t think, you are being. When you are in the process of integrating or releasing, you often cannot think clearly. That is because you are in a state of suspended animation, if you will, a shifted space that is somewhat between worlds.

When you can think, it supports doing. That clarity comes once energy has been integrated and you are ready to get back into movement in your newest expression of attainment.

Both are parts of the flow but eventually as you progress in your embodiment process, they will meld together where both are led by your higher self and your being and your doing are one and the same. Your beingness will lead your doing, and your doing will express your beingness.
