JJK: For me this is one of the most fascinating passages in the Bible. It describes what a human life is ultimately about: absolute trust in God, complete devotion and letting GOD do his thing.

How can we reach this level and, above all, how can we maintain this state in which the temporal no longer has any power over us - to stop getting upset, to face our enemies calmly or even to love our enemies? How is that possible?

To become calm before GOD means to have turned in, returned and become one with GOD.

This is the highest level of awareness that a person can achieve throughout their life. Inner restlessness, which prevents a person from the true encounter with GOD, is alien to such a person.

To become calm and to be certain that it is GOD who takes care of everyone and everything means to be master of time and to have achieved mastery over current events.

To start the day with this calm, to cope with the day with this calm and to end the day with this calm - that means arriving and feeling accepted by GOD.

This is how it happens that people are led to this level of perception. People are brought back to GOD and so they regain power over their lives. In the face of current events, they are being worked on, tested by fate, and they are moving closer to mastery through great efforts of their own.

Slowly they become calm and they understand that it is GOD who moves everything and that it is GOD who works through everything. Slowly a new perspective on life is born - close to GOD and in peace before GOD.

Dissolving fears brings about this transformation. This is the way in which the bond between you and GOD is strengthened and strengthened. At a certain point in your development, this ephemeral world can no longer harm you.

Now you're ready!

Now you are ready to calmly await HIS actions. Now you are open to HIS work. Now you are free from all illusions and receptive to what is real.

Waiting for HIS action and not wasting time while doing it, but living - that is the way.
