Greetings Beloved Ones,

This is Archangel Zadkiel, along with Holy Lady Amethyst, and we greet you in Love and Light.  Today, we wish to discuss rising to higher consciousness.

You are living in a time where there are many opportunities to rise to higher consciousness.  There is much higher vibrational energy that is reaching your planet in a constant stream.  This higher vibrational energy is inviting you to embrace it and incorporate it into your personal energy field.  It is asking you to examine your current way of being so that you may more easily allow this refined energy to combine with your current energy.  When you embrace this new energy, your consciousness rises to a higher level.

The higher vibrational energy contains a vibration of pure Love.  This is a vibration that seeks the highest and best for everyone, for it realizes that everyone comes from the same Source and contains a Divine Spark that connects them to Source. 

This higher vibrational energy contains a message that the current suit of clothes that you wear in this incarnation is an opportunity to learn particular lessons and to be of service in your own specific way.  However, the current incarnation is just a blink of the eye.  When it is viewed from a higher perspective, it is an opportunity to progress.   As you realize that a higher order is at work in your life, you can more easily look for the lessons that you came to learn or the ways to be of service.  You can pause before reacting or considering your next course of action.

There are many ways to facilitate incorporating this higher energy.  One way is to remain in the present moment. 

When you are caught up in reliving the past or fretting about the future, you are not present.  Your attention is not placed on what you are currently doing or what is going on around you.  The signals that accompany the higher vibrational energy may be very subtle.  They may reach you as a gentle breeze or the flutter of a butterfly.  These signals require you to be fully present. 

The signals of the older energy often felt harsh.  This was because they needed to be stronger to get your attention.  Now, this harshness is not necessary if you remain fully present so that you can receive the gentle signals as they occur.

You can be fully present when you are focused on what is occurring in the moment.  For example, if you are eating, you can be aware of the taste, texture, aroma, and sight of the food.  You can take time to be aware of each bite of food and to give thanks for what you are receiving.  You do not need to think about what you will be doing the next day, the next week, or the next year, or about what happened yesterday.  Be focused in the moment.

Each time you keep your focus in the moment, you are open to receive the signals of the incoming energy.  You are able to detect the subtle changes and the prompts you get to take certain actions. 

For example, you may receive a prompt to call someone or to complete a task that you have been postponing.   

The more you pay attention to the prompts you receive in the present moment, the more they will occur.  You will find that you move throughout your day in a more gentle way because you are in tune with the incoming energy.

Non-attachment also helps in receiving the incoming energy.  If you are able to let go of past expectations and be open to new possibilities, the higher vibrational energy will assimilate more easily into your energy field.  An unwillingness to let go of what no longer serves you creates a barrier.  It is as if a stone fence is there to prevent anything from leaving or arriving.  When this occurs, you remain in a stagnant position and are unable to receive the higher vibrational energy.

However, when you are willing to look at a situation or an item as presented in the new energy, you may find that you have a new perspective.  You may see that you no longer wish to keep an item or to hold on to your old way of thinking.  The new energy will help you to evaluate each occurrence when you remain open to what is needed at the moment.

This allows you to receive the incoming energy and to incorporate it into your own energy field because you are in the present moment and you have released the need to have things remain in a rigid position.  When this occurs, you gently receive the new energy and allow it to help you rise to a higher consciousness and way of being.
