Everything is energy and there is energy contained within everything, even inanimate objects. Louise Hay had her staff send positive energy to their computer system when problems arose and the problems mysteriously disappeared.

Plants that have had Reiki sent to them, thrive and bloom. Water that has been programmed with positive words like love and gratitude, when frozen, forms beautiful symmetric crystals that are almost unbelievable when seen.

The power of positive energy is a force no one really understands, yet no one can deny. Just like gravity. No one understands where it comes from, it just is.

What does this mean though for the average human being bombarded every day by the negative energies around them and those they have self accumulated over several lifetimes?

In the image above you will see that the human energy system comprises of 7 whirling vortexes similar to that of wheels, and they are called most commonly called chakras. You will also see that there are emotions which affect the wheels and in most instances, block them from flowing freely. These energy vortexes if not cleared eventually result in physical and emotional dis-ease and dis-comfort that plays out in all areas of life – our relationships, health and well-being, abundance and prosperity issues.

The top vortex, known as the crown chakra, let’s light flow in from a higher cosmic energy source which when fully open, helps a person to fully connect to their Source of Power. We use the capital P to place emphasis that the power referred to is not power over others, rather a power that enhances, revives, heals, balances, restores, and replenishes our energy resources.

The bottom energy vortex (root) when fully open and functional connects one into the Earth vortex through the feet chakras, not shown in the image, to receive all negative energies that are clogging up the system so to speak.

In my energy work I have encountered that most people are closed in either one of both of these energy centers – root and crown, the 1st and 7th chakras. So clear clean energy cannot come in unimpeded, nor can old stagnant stuck energy be released into the earth where it is returned to Source for recycling. Needless to say, the other energy centers are almost always not fully functioning either.

Reiki or any other energy healing modality will most definitely help to keep the channels or vortexes open and flowing resulting in a happier and more balanced way of being.

But it’s also important to note that the emotions that cause the vortexes to get clogged up in the first place, need to be let go of. And the root of these negative emotions comes from beliefs you have made true or adopted about yourself which destruct rather than construct, break down rather than build up and empower.

Kryon cautions us to be mindful of how we think about ourselves:

Do not be reproachful with your spirit, for it is inappropriate and does not serve your magnificence. ~ Kryon

So how do we move forward with clean energy every day?

I love Christie Marie Sheldon’s Heart Meditation which you can find on YouTube. It takes less than 10 minutes to open your heart. Listen to it every day, several times a day if necessary. In the beginning the ego or lower mind will wander and pull you away from the glorious flow of love energy that opens in your heart center – the 4th energy vortex – which I call the gateway into higher love.

When this gateway is open, the Crown opens, and the flow begins!

It’s like a fountain that rinses your energy field with a pure loving consciousness that restores and replenishes as it moves through your physical body and emotions.

Ego attachments are released when flow is restored. When there is pure clean energy flowing in from above all the “gunk” is eventually cleared. Think of pouring crystal clear water into a glass of muddy water. The gunk gets churned up at first and if contact is maintained with the fountain of clear water (from Source), the gunk is eventually fully cleared.

You don’t have to do anything, except stay close to your Source of the Divine Flow of pure loving energy through regular meditations, prayer and silent introspection.

Then you are vibrating at higher levels of consciousness and tapping into your innate Source of wisdom and power.
