It can be difficult to stay present in these often volatile and challening times where uncertainty and challenges abound.  

And yet, if we can accept that all  that is unfolding is assisting us in seeing the aspects of ourselves, our lives and our world that are in need of healing and transformation then we can be at peace with it all.  Instead of resisting we can embrace what is occurring, shed the old patterns, heal the old wounds, and step closer to being who and what we are truly meant to be.  We can shift our focus from simply enduring difficulty to actively learning from it.  We can reframe our view of the challenges and see them as stepping stones on the path of healing and growth.  

Be aware that as you continue to heal, grow and expand a new sense of balance will be needed to stabilize your system within the shifting and changing energetic structures that govern your reality.  These energetic structures are both individual and collective and as the old structures collapse new structures are forming.  With Mercury now direct you will begin to feel your energy rising to clear your mind bringing clarity and the ability to recognize what is collapsing and falling away, and what is rising to replace it.  Anchoring yourself in the present moment is key as it will bring you into alignment and led you to a more balanced and centred state of being.  Within this state you will feel a greater sense of peace and acceptance that will allow you to trust in both the collapse of the old and the rise of the new.
