It seems that with each New Moon and Full Moon we rebirth some aspect of ourselves and realign in a deeper way with our soul. This continual rebirthing is exhausting as we navigate the abrupt changes and radical shifts that ensue.  This weekend’s Full Moon is particularly powerful as the incoming energies upgrade and realign our physical body within the expanding energy of our soul.  As such, we can expect some big shifts as the old patterns and structures held within the body that limit our consciousness are released.

With the energy of this Full Moon, you are reaching a culmination point where you are physically integrating the transformation that has already occurred for you on an emotional, mental, and spiritual level.  For many this is an uncomfortable time as any stuck energy within your body begins to make itself known.  Remember that you are anchoring the energy of your soul within your human self.  As a result, anything that blocks this process must be released.  Work with what is surfacing and find ways to shift any stuck energy.  Get the energy of your body moving as this will release any pressure that is building.
