Just Be

So much of our life has been take up by striving and doing and as a result, we have become overstimulated and exhausted by the external and have forgotten how to be with and flow with the impulses of our soul.  

As we move through this time of integration, we are being urged to let go of all the stories, the labels, and the judgments that we have used to define ourselves and our purpose.  We are being challenged to face the discomfort of the unknown while freeing ourselves from ancient fears of survival.   

You may still be feeling overwhelmed and exhausted by all that you have experienced in the last few weeks/months/years as your body integrates and assimilates all that has occurred within.  As such this may seem like a time where nothing much seems to be happening however, remember that in times of apparent nonaction things are energetically coalescing into form.  Honour this time while being mindful that when you are grounded in your daily experience of being, you can be much more creative, considerate, and discriminating about your time and where you are placing your energy.
