About Anger by The Lemurians

Anger is the most toxic energy there is. It is fear multiplied by more fear. When you go into anger, you are attempting to expulse your fear. This in itself is not a bad idea in principle, but what of the energies? We are not talking about conscious anger let out in a therapeutic manner – but rather of anger aimed at a person, thing or situation. If you aim at someone or something, you are looking to wound. Is this what your heart desires? We sincerely doubt it. Is there justifiable anger? Yes, there is. Is it justifiable, under the Law of One, to aim this anger? No, it never is. For example, if someone, in their own unconsciousness, deliberately hurts you in some way, can you not feel anger? Of course, because if you did not, even for an instant, feel anger, you would not be human. Simple. However, what you choose to do with this anger is where the jackpot lies.

You can go into the game and retaliate, or you can choose another option. Unless you are physically in danger, in which case you must defend yourself, and then survival and present moment reactions take the place of anger as the primary energy, you may choose to let the flash of anger pass. Leave if you have to. Then, forgive the situation immediately and act accordingly. In this manner, what follows is the way of peace, and you will know what actions to take which are in your highest interest. Remember, in these accelerating energies, your highest interests are all that count. The rest is drama, and if you are reading this, you most certainly want less drama and more well-being. Consider this paragraph a review. The meat of this channeling follows:

Now, the Lemurians say that this next point is of primordial importance for us: It is true that if something that somebody says or does affects us in a reactive way, then there is something inside of us that needs to be cleared. Well, chances are that if you are reading this, you have already cleared an awful lot. You have been hard at work treating yourself well, no? How much more do you have to clear before nothing that anyone does bothers you anymore? The good news here is that you may choose not to let external stimuli push whatever “buttons”, or rather probably remnants of “buttons” that you have left in order to clear them. You may consciously ask your guides to assist you in clearing your own garden, and that you would prefer not to have outside help (at least not in this fashion!). When your guides know that you are sincere in helping yourself in this way, they will assist. In this manner, you may choose to have an easier time of it from now on. You deserve it!

This information only came to me recently, and what a blessing it has been. I really was not enjoying myself being upset about the fact that issues that I thought I had cleared were resurfacing. It was when I was really fed up with this game that I got on my knees and asked Source if there was another way. Shortly afterward, I picked up my Lemurian seed crystal and was immediately surrounded by their beautiful energy. During the days that followed, the above information was integrated and I began to feel better.
