"Greetings, Beloved Ones,

We are most joyous to connect with you here today, and we send you our utmost love from the heart of Telos!

At this very moment, as you are reading these words, you are preparing for the next level of your spiritual path. This is orchestrated by your Higher Self, together with all the higher dimensions.

This means that, what you call ascension symptoms might be experienced with more intensity. It is very important that you rest, as much as you can, when you feel tired. Your brain is developing to a higher capacity and your mind-heart-connection is becoming stronger. 

You will now be able to develop a profound emotional intelligence, which opens the door to all creativity, collaboration, joy, oneness, love, solutions, abundance and overall wellbeing. 

You are so very loved into the true Expression of God/Source, through you, in all ways.

Know, that as you are going through this profound transformation, we here, in the higher dimensions, are diligently working on holding the energies for the establishment of your New Earth experience.  

Oh, and it is marvelous in the eyes of Source, and the Higher Self aspect of you...

With every day that is passing, you are stepping more and more into this New Earth experience. With every experience that you are interpreting, you are sending your requests for improvement out into the all creating world of creation.  

From there, it is being added to the New Earth experience of your future moments and timelines. 

In order to move these new timelines into your experience, you will need to become a vibrational match for these new experiences of creativity, collaboration, joy, oneness, love, solutions, abundance and overall wellbeing.

So, how to become a vibrational match to what you wish to experience?

When you begin to FEEL the way it feels to be in this experience, it creates a connection to this new reality.

This means that, even if you can't see the evidence of your desired reality yet, it is important to pay well attention to your feeling world. 

Here is a very helpful exercise for you:

Imagine, that the process and exercise we are offering you here, throws a rope out into the all creating universe and ropes your new reality into your present-now experience.

Every morning, for 30 days, write down how it would feel to experience your new, desired reality.

1. Start your writings with: "Thank you that...," as if it already took place. Imagine that you are thanking God/Source or your Higher Self. (That's the "throwing out the rope" part) 
2. Begin to describe how it would feel, when you are already living the life you wish to live. (That's the "roping it in" part) At the beginning, be more general and become more specific, the better you are feeling, as you are writing the words.
3. Pay attention to how you feel throughout the day, as these are the first signs that you are "roping" in your new reality. Every better feeling emotion is an indicator for your manifestations to come in. 

If you do this simple exercise, every morning for 30 days, watch your life change for the better.
