What you see in the mirror is not always what you get, so to speak. We wish to talk to you today about a way in which your perception of self can change to your benefit.

You know that you are a being living a human experience. And you know that many things present on Earth are not available elsewhere. We know that you question the intelligence of this way of being. But we would like to draw your attention to the beautiful and amazing experiences you can have here.

The biggest factor in your experience of Earth is your perception – and secondly, your focus. Your perception is what lens you view everything through, and your focus is what you choose to notice.

For example, if you choose to see the good in people and give them the benefit of the doubt first, you are looking at them through that sort of lens. You can also choose a more pessimistic lens where you assume everyone is out to harm you.

When you focus on the good things in your life, you are likely to notice more good things. Whereas if you focus on all of the negative things that happen there on Earth, you will simply see more bad things.

We would ask you which perspective and focus you wish to live within. You have the ability and the power to shift your perspective at any time. And you have the will to shift your focus. In fact, it is shifting your focus which helps you manifest what you want.

And so, the next time you are bothered by something, try using your powerful creator-being energy and changing your perspective and focus. You may not notice a change immediately, but if you continue choosing the perspective and focus that makes you feel better, you will notice long-term positive results.
