Disappointment can feel like a wall or a teacher, depending on how long you stay with it. The Elders ask you to feel it fully rather than bury or replay it, then make a clean choice to leave it behind. That brief contrast is meant to sharpen your next step, not become the story you carry forward.

Allow and Feel Disappointment, and Then Move On

Do you wonder about those things that cause disappointment? Do you wonder why they need to be? Do you wonder how long you are to stay in that energy so that it is fully felt and not stuffed down? Do you consider what you need to consider, because this life is meant to be felt, even that which you may not wish to feel? It is that you want to feel, but not linger once that has been accomplished.

You see, choices exist not only for you but for others who also experience this disappointing energy. And when there is not an alignment, not the wanting to move in a way the one or the other prefers, then there is less of an opportunity for more to be in the way we suppose and suggest.

We do seek for more to be, but there must be a desire (for those whose choices are in play) to weigh in and determine what is significant for them to do and see. See also that when one does not rise to the occasion supposed, then less will be. Do you see? Do you see that much resides with you? All is a choice, and this is too.

Choices Exist

Know now that choices exist to pull you out of this energy. Choices exist so that you do not continue to dwell where you need no longer be. The experience you are to experience is not meant to be of a significant kind, so you might also notice what you have found. Yes, this energy is meant to be fleeting. It is to give you a sense of the converse energy you are to recognize in this recognition.

You see, disappointment exists within this life and each lifetime in which you will live. It is what you do with such disappointment that is of significance. Is it to be a building block for other advancement, or will you linger longer than need be? Make choices today so that your tomorrows are not as this might seem. Recognize the gift that may have moved your steps to exist as you did not intend. And then see what is drawn to you in this way.

Leave Disappointment Behind

Make a conscious choice to move in a way that disappointment is no longer a consideration and exists in your rearview mirror. Shift what has come before, for disappointment need not be. Leave it behind you and do not carry it forward into your future days. Disappointment, anguish, and those lesser energies need not be a part of what awaits in your future. Make conscious choices to leave them in your past and do not allow them to travel into what awaits.

Consider listening now as you still and slow the mind and its judgmental ways. Use this meditational offering to move it off and away and then enter into your own meditation. Ask those insightful questions as you seek stillness along the way. Seek that which is Loving and kind. Seek more this day and see what the day produces in contrast to what was done before. Be the mental monitor of all that passes through that mental cavity. Do this today in this way and see what results.
