"Greetings, Beloved Ones.

We are most joyous to connect with you here, today, and we send you our utmost Love from the heart of Telos.

As the energies are intensifying, it is ever more important to be in harmony for as much as you can.

Many old energies within your emotional body are being released and this can throw many off balance. 

When this happens, try to slow things down.

Take a deep breath and ask your I AM Presence and the Ascended Host to fill your emotional body with Divine Harmony. 

It might be quite tempting to ride the wave of lower vibrational emotions such as frustration, anger, sadness and so forth.

This is an old human pattern that has been playing out for eons and has created much karmic energies. 

Now, it is time to change this pattern into ascended masterhood.

The only one who can do this is you.

There is nothing more important than for you to remain in harmony at all times.

It is your inner harmony that allows for the Divine to truly enter your being and world.

It is your inner harmony that brings forth all the supply you'll need to fulfill your Divine Plan the Ascended Masters way.

It is your inner harmony that allows for your physical body to be restored to Divine, perfect Health.

It is your inner harmony that allows for your emotional body to return to Divine Love.

Many are wondering how to remain in harmony, when the outer experience of your world is anything but harmonious...

It truly doesn't matter if others are in harmony or not.

What matters is how you are responding to it and how you choose to interact with them.

There are many different ways to assist you in staying in harmony.

Here are some of them:

Breathe slowly and call for Divine Harmony to flow into your emotional body.

Have no judgement, criticism or opinion on the others you are interacting with. 

Call for the Violet Flame to consume all discordant energies around you and the other person.

Remain in a calm state and then, handle it the way an ascended master would.

You can even state, that it is your goal to have a harmonious interaction.

That will bring the focus of the interaction on harmony.

The more you are making it your intent to remain in harmony and practice these techniques, the easier things will get for you.
