Teachings from Shambala

"Greetings from below! Though, as you once said, “as above, so below.”

We are here hoping to spread our message on Earth, allowing you access to the portals that can bring you into the Inner Earth. Another reason to establish such a connection is to spread our vibration on Earth, with the hope that one day your energy grid will resonate with the frequency of our etheric realm.

Our portals are spread across your entire planet. Typically, humans cannot see or use these entrances unless they are highly prepared and have received permission. However, special situations have been occurring recently. Sometimes, a human being, while walking near such places, manages to feel the presence of a portal and attune to its energy. Occasionally, a telepathic transmission takes place, but there have been rare cases where individuals have transcended the physical world and entered the etheric realm. These instances are exceptional, as one must be attuned to very high vibrations. Because the number of such individuals has increased, we have decided to extend an invitation to you to visit Shambala.

This will not be easy, and such training occurs only in the depths of the Inner Earth, primarily where disciples are trained, in the locations that precede the Cities of Light. Nevertheless, we know that some of you are ready to receive this invitation and begin your training.

Firstly, a pure vibration means no negative thoughts. It means one must not believe in such thoughts, understanding that they do not serve you; instead, they create undesirable outcomes. Purity of thought equals purity of vibration. Secondly, those who wish to visit the Cities of Light must release any limiting beliefs. One can perceive only what corresponds to the frequency they generate. If your belief system confines you to a particular physical reality, you will not be able to see into our reality. Even if you enter through a portal, you will only perceive familiar earthly sights and physical aspects—nothing beyond what you have already seen.

Thus, it is crucial to let go of everything you have ever been taught. Shambala is an inner world, but it is also a reality that can be experienced by anyone who matches its vibrational frequency. Here, we know that we are One, and we live in pure, unconditional love. There is no judgment of others, and love guides all of our actions.

Unforgiveness, unresolved traumas, and limiting beliefs will prevent a human being from perceiving Shambala. However, many among you have prepared through disciplined meditation and other spiritual practices, and these individuals will be called to visit us.

We will come to you in your dreams, guiding you and supporting your growth until you are ready. Your body is a projection of the mind, and it reflects all that you are. A pure vibration leads to a healthy body. Exercise, activate your dormant energy channels, eat lightly, and do no harm to your body, and it will radiate light.

Intention is one of your keys. Our invitation is extended to those who are willing to be in complete service to humanity. The intention here should be: "I will bring the teachings of Shambala back to Earth so that many can once again connect with the inner world and perhaps even visit it."

This is our first transmission in a series. We will continue to share guidance on how to prepare and how to reach out to us.

Sometimes, some of us venture to the surface. Perhaps one day, you will walk among such a being. Will you recognize it?
