I would say yes, because this Light is very intense, and your bodies still don't know or aren't used to dealing with it. Then everything accelerates. All of your body's reactions become more intense. And you start to feel everything more deeply.

It's like we've been saying: Drink lots of water. Because water carries all this excess energy that vibrates in your bodies, giving this feeling of electricity, of stopped energy, acting at certain points. Today we will bring meditation on the earth element.

Each element represents a point in their bodies. The water element represents the majority of your body. So, all the water on the planet that is outside leads to the internal water of your bodies. So, yes, the tides have an influence on their bodies. Many times you don't understand. You do not understand how the planet can have an influence on you. But this influence is true.

The earth element makes up the physical part of their bodies. The Earth today is basically formed by Carbon structures. And their bodies, for the most part, too. All the energy emanated by Gaia's body is shared with your bodies. Yes, you have different shapes and structures, but all the molecules that exist in your bodies exist in the soil of Gaia, in vegetables, in every mineral in the soil.

There is nothing in you that does not exist on the planet. And vice versa. Except, the animals. Whose molecules should not be in you. Never. But this is a process that is being analyzed and reviewed, by the entire group that is taking care of the ascension.

Humanity is practically physically dependent on animal molecules; of food that comes from animals. Many manage to free themselves, but the vast majority do not. They have difficulties, their body feels it and gets sick. You still haven't managed to extract from nature everything that is necessary for your bodies and that today is extracted from animals.

But don't worry, this is being looked at very carefully. No, don't imagine that the solution will be for you to continue eating your brothers. It's perhaps a funny way of calling animals. But, yes, they are your brothers within the universe. Everything is a brotherhood. So you are eating your brothers. It may seem funny, it may seem like an odd comparison, but it's not. The placement is true.

Then you will learn, you will be able to free yourself, little by little, so that it is not something that needs to be in a strong and unpleasant way. It will be done very smoothly and calmly. And you will lose this dependence on your own bodies, on eating animals.

We are very well prepared for this process. And believe me, we will do nothing that will bring you more suffering. Everything will be very light and peaceful. The transition to the Fifth Dimension cannot be traumatic. Because you will make history. And what will you say about a story in which you suffer horrendous pain, terrifying processes to transform yourself? No, it can't be like that.

Of course, it won't be easy or simple. There will be pain, yes, at times. But everything will depend on how dependent you are on animal food. Those who are already making a transition today, are already able to remain without eating some things, are already on the path. And this transition, this change will be easier for them. To stop eating brothers, animals.

Now, those who bury themselves deeply, who believe 100% that without animal food they would not survive, will go through difficult processes. So that they can clear their minds of this addiction. Because I say that it is no longer the body that is dependent, but the mind.

In the same case, addictions. The addictions that were imposed on you and that for many are so difficult to leave. They are vices of the mind. Not the body, as many think. The body gets used to it, yes, but because the mind says: “You need this.” The moment the mind says, “No, you don’t need that!,” the body lets go. Because the body does not become addicted. It is the mind that is addictive; believing that it is necessary.

So this is another process that we are also observing and everything will be done slowly and gradually. But it will be done, so that everyone can free themselves from these bonds, these beliefs, which they need to become addicted to in order to have pleasure. That they need to have an addiction to live in a parallel world. The escape from problems is not in food or drink. The way to escape problems is to face them head on. And know how to solve them one by one. Calmly and quietly.

So you will go through all this. These will be processes that are already being applied, but in a very gentle way. You don't even realize it, but it will bring results in the future. Believe this. You are part of the planet. You came from the planet. So, everything that is not common to the planet; everything that is different from Gaia's body, in your bodies, will not remain. It will be clean. And a new road will be taken.
